Extremely poor bedside manner. Doesn’t relate well with teens. Cold demeanor

We were very unimpressed with Dr. Couden and the way she treated our family. She was not helpful at all when my newborn needed photo-therapy. She will not "allow" you to go to any hospital except Vanderbilt... even when Vanderbilt has no beds available. We stayed in the emergency room for 36 hours with our preemie with sick children EVERYWHERE! She spoke to me like I was three years old instead of an adult with two young children. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician in Franklin.
