Dr. Faile is by far the best family doctor I have ever had. Knows what to do with any situation and doesn't rush you. Takes time to listen and answer questions.

Dr. Faile is never rushed or distracted. He gives you his full attention and takes his time with you. He is very thorough. His nurses are wonderful as are all the staff.

I have had some very bad experiences with doctors. I am not one to trust someone or recommend someone without a long-standing record of a doctor sticking with me through thick and thin. Dr. Faile is truly amazing and I sincerely believe that he truly cares about his patients. Having a doctor that truly listens and is in medicine for the right reasons is a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank him enough for always listening, always caring, always explaining, and always doing his best to help me live a happier, healthier life. Most of his staff is very good. His billing lady is always very helpful and kind. They are very good at helping you get in for emergencies. I am just so thankful to have him as my doctor.

I moved here from South Georgia & went through a couple of Family Doctors before I came across Dr. Faile, & I can say that he is a great & knowledgeable Doctor. You know when you have found the right Doctor, you can connect with him. He is really concerned about you & so patience with you. When I have my 6 month check-ups, he is the one to call me to go over it, this is a first for me, it's usually a nurse or lpn. I thank the Lord for leading me to Dr. Eric Faile.

Dr. Faile is great. My whole family goes to him. He takes the time to talk to you about what is going on and make a right diagnose's. He call's you with results when he says he's going to. I'm thakful we have found such a wonderful doctor.

My husband has had very bad experiences with doctors, so he was very wary as we tried to find a family doctor for him. We found Dr. Faile through this site. The day after I researched him, a friend mentioned to me that I should try Dr. Faile. I took that as a good sign, and we made an appointment. Dr. Faile has been wonderful. He is the perfect doctor for my husband. He listens well and treats my husband like a human being, which is nice. He doesn't have that superior attitude that many doctors have. I cannot say how thankful I am that we found him. He relates well to his patients and actually cares about them. He takes as much time with a patient as necessary. Most doctors just rush you through these days, so that is nice. I highly recommend Dr. Faile. (There is one lady in the office staff who is a bit...well...impatient. We could do without her, but Dr. Faile's nurse is very nice, so we can put up with the one bad receptionist.)

Dr. Faile is a great Dr. I have seen the other Dr.s at the practice & he is my favorite (also like the Nurse Pract.) The staff there is another story... His normal nurse is very sweet, but the ladies behind the desk are not the most professional.
