Always in a pleasant and very relaxed. Very knowledgeable and seem to put a lot of effort into helping with any problems.

Dr. Hartley is rarely available and does not work sufficient hours to be a reliable family doctor. He does not take mental health issues seriously and had repeatedly failed (after 3 separate requests) to refer my daughter to a psychiatrist. He does not explain his thought process when providing a diagnosis or a plan for treatment.

Dr. Hartley won me over at my first time visit. He was knowledgeable, thorough and in tune with what issues were. Very caring, and made appropriate recommendations and followed through with them. Overall a Dr. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Hartley is an awesome doctor. Never makes you feel like you are over worried, or foolish for questions asked. But since he moved I CANNOT make an appointment with him. The new staff are TERRIBLE. I have been told systems are down (pen and paper don't work for call backs when up?) 3 times, the call queue constantly goes up in wait time, and no matter when I call I cannot get through.

Sad to say, but after 22-25 years of him being my doctor this new staff is forcing me to get a new doctor. For this reason alone, I do not recommend him which I hate to say.

What a great doctor! However, the new clinic is awful. Rude receptionists, phones- one can never get through. I miss the old clinic and Brenda.

Great family Doctor. Always has the time to listen and never rushes you out of the exam room.

Very pleasant manner. Has continued to follow up on my symptoms and ordered additional tests after I thought we were finished when he referred me to a specialist. Obviously a man who cares.

Good doctor. Sometimes opens with the line "What brings you in today? " even when his office had called me in. Dr. Hartley is caring and helpful.
