Was my mother's Dr at ActionMarguerite PCH. BRUTAL. Took almost 6 months to return my phone call. Went against the family's wishes. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Been my Doctor for a number of years, has always done a great job. Would never think of seeing anyone other then Dr. Coates and Ryan.

Dr. Coates has been my family doctor for over 25 years now and he is still the only Doctor i trust. He is kind, compassionate and caring, amongst other amazing qualities one would want their Dr. to possess. His staff is also extremely kind.

Terrible dr. Keep your kids away. Had to threaten to report him to get a referral to a specialist. Turns out my kid had been needing surgery for over a year.

I'm not sure there could be a worse doctor? If you think of all of the positive characteristics in doctor none would apply to him. Love our healthcare system - you can't change doctors.

Dr Coates as a family doctor for around 30 years For the last 2 years The cares were not the same So i had to find another physician

Kevin Coates is an excellent clinician who has served our family for 30 years. We couldn't ask for a better family doctor who truly cares about us. There have been several incidences where he has truly "saved our bacon". We trust him completely.

Receptionist is awful. Doesn’t return calls, doesn’t answer even if it’s during phone hours, rude. I’ve waited over 3 hours after my appointment times, receptionists gone home and nobody to talk to. I’ve had to go without medication I need to drive because of how unprofessional they have been.
