Dr. Dalling is excellent. We would definitely recommend, has been our family doctor for 30+ years. He listens to our concerns and acts promptly and appropriately. He takes TIME with his patients and this is very much appreciated. His staff is efficient and excels in all areas too!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Likes to play surgeon across the street at 7 oaks while his patients wait for 1-2 hours for him to decide what he wants to be when he grows up.
I had a heart problem for over 2 years which was picked up by a small town rural doctor. When I told this to him, his eyes just bugged out. He is lost without his prescription pad.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE!!

Terrible Dr. Don't waste your time. Constantly late. All he knows is how to prescribe medication, & is very free with the opoids. Go see a Vet instead, at least he will tell you when he doesn't know about your ailment.

The key to a good doctor is a high level of communication with the patient. Dalling excels in this area!

The ladies upfront are outstanding/so helpful and go out of their way for you . Dr. Dalling never rushes me, takes time to listen. When I told him we were expecting he said he would take on my son as well, even tho he can't take any more patients.. No One is better..

Waited over two weeks regarding its care at SOGH and no response yet. Have requested numerous meetings and the nurses attempted pages and still no response. Seems that the senior patients at SOGH mean nothing more than cash cows for doctors overwhelmed by their practices.
Nurses are okay, but sad that the doctors, unit managers, and patient consultants don't give a patoot at all.

Got tired of trying to see this doc. Every time I would call only because I was ill, it was suggested by his staff that I try walk-in instead? Where's the consistency in care? When ever I did manage to get an appointment, the wait would be an hour and a half minimum. Because apparently our time isn't valuable too? And his diagnosis always questionable. One simple example., I was lethargic, run down all the time., gaining weight despite my healthy eating and exercise. I asked for thyroid tests. He said they were fine. When I had finally had enough with him and his office and moved onto a new doc who is fabulous, first thing she did was check my thyroid and sure enough, it's low! Has me on a small dose of thyroid meds and I'm like my old self again. That's just one of a few things my new doc has been very thorough about where he was not. Not prescribing thyroid meds to someone who is testing low can be dangerous. I'm so happy I got angry enough with the staff, the waiting, the not being able to get appointments and the poor diagnosis and moved on! My new doc she is fabulous!

I like his calm and reassuring manner but I have serious doubts about his thoroughness. He seems to feel that his function is to dispense medication for simple conditions and to refer you to a specialist for anything else. I think he has too many patients because he is usually unavailable when I need him,and has several times not followed through on things he has
told me he would do.
I am looking for a family doctor who does not see their role as an apologist for the inadequacies of the medical system( of which I am painfully aware) but as a caring advocate for their patients.
