Looks to me like there are about 3 people writing all these reviews... Anyway, Dr H is often late, but no different than I've ever exoerienced elsewhere. Sometimes a bit tough to understand but will elaborate if asked. Always takes time to answer questions and will usually prod to be sure there are none. No problem with referrals either.

I had to find a new Dr. He is a nice person but as a Dr. he sucks . Feels follow up appointments regardless of how you feel are important. Try sitting in his office for over an hour, only for him to ask how you are, you reply that you are feeling good , and he is on his way, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR>

Dr. Heidenreich was a good doctor, but in recent years has become very forgetful and easily confused. Several times he has forgotten to make referrals, and then required a new visit to refresh his memory regarding the referral. Although he appears to take detailed notes on his computer, he has great difficulty remembering the details of the previous visit. Several incidents like this have resulted in a move to a new doctor.

Dr. Heidenriech is a wonderful, warm, caring doctor who always listens to your concerns, is prompt to refer to specialists, order tests, discuss medications and is very thorough. Our whole family goes to him and we all feel the same way about him and feel very fortunate to have such a great family doctor.

Dr. Heidenreich is a wonderful doctor. He always listens to you and makes arrangements for necessary tests and appointments with specialists very quickly. He and his staff are caring people and I feel he is taking very good care of me and my family. We are very lucky to have him. - S.T.

Dr. Heidenreich has been my family doctor for many years. Punctuality has always been an issue, but generally visits and recommendations went well. In recent years, forgotten referrals to specialists, no memory/record of the reason for a follow up visit and his confusion over medications prescribed has resulted in a change to a new family doctor.

Dr. Heidenreich is my father's doctor, and is now mine as well. Both of us are quite fond of Dr. H. He does not stop until he finds an answer. I find him honest and very direct. When required, he is very quick sending to a specialist (whether it be his idea, or the patient's request). I have been left in the waiting room for 30+ minutes, but I have also exceeded my allotted time with Dr. H in the examination room -- I have never felt rushed. I don't mind waiting to see him if it means the doctor will address all my concerns in one visit when it is my turn. If you want to go to a doctor to hear useless 'feel good' fluff, go somewhere else. If you want results and honest, direct information, go see Dr. Heidenreich.

Still not a doctor who keeps appointment times - often sit for an hour or so before seeing him. Sends patients for tests but never calls to say what the result is. His theory is "if I don't call, all is well" though a patient does not know how long it takes for results to come through and the wait can be a worry.
