I love dr. Lane, he has helped me through a lot, pregnancy and even mentally as well! He's been my Dr for 13 years and I wouldn't change it. It's a long wait. But worth it.

Dr. Lane is personable and caring. If he is out of his league, his intentions are that you receive only the best and is happy to refer you to a specialist. Great sense if humour and is genuine.

Dr. Lane is a excellent doctor and very focused on my well being however I have grumbled for years about the receponist and her snippy attitude .

Dr. Lane has been our family doctor for over 25 years and I have always had good experiences with him and his staff. Yes over the years the wait to see him has increased I will agree but I do not mind waiting as I know he is there to listen and help me. He is now providing care on the fourth generation in our family and is still doing a great job. I am sorry that others have had a different experience then we have.

I have been a patient of Dr Lanes for 14 years and am extremely satisfied with his care ,his nurses , and his office staff .My only concern over the years has been with referals that never materialised.

Dr. Lane himself is very kind and considerate...the receptionist however is not. Ever since they switched to call-in appointments it has been a nightmare. I was in a car accident and could not get into my own doctor that I've had for 20 years. She is snippy, rude and ignorant. How she is able to keep her job there is beyond me. She should NOT be in the industry at all.

Dr. Jim is a wonderful and thorough physician, If he doesn't know you are then referred to a specialist. He works with the patient and encourages client-physician therapeutic care. 5 stars.

The receptionist that answers the phone at the Stayner medical centre is snippy, argumentative, insulting and condescending.

Dr. Lane is an outstanding general practitioner. When we first moved from Cambridge to Wasaga Beach we had no wait for a doctor. Dr. Lane visits the hospital on an almost daily basis to do rounds and visit his patients. As a recent patient in the Colly hospital I was quite pleased to have him visit with me. Dr. Lane is very informed and up to date, if there is something has to reference he does while at your appointment. Referrals to specialists are done quickly and followed up with his staff. Dr. Lanr has called me on my cell phone twice to check up on me to see how I was doing. Caring, author active,empathic, has a great sense of humour and greats his staff very well and respects their important role in running an efficient practise. The Stayner Medical Center and all it's physicians prove excellent care and service to those who are lucky enough to be patients. He really needs to update the look of his office!
