Routinely makes patients wait well over an hour. As another patient wrote, uncaring and dismissive. Prides himself on how quickly he gets through his patients and at the cost of good and ethical Healthcare

Makes patients wait over an hour. And doesn't apologize. Every time. Is not up to date on new medicines or procedures. Wears his mask under his nose even during a COVID surge and State mask mandate. He is dismissive and unkind. His front desk staff is the opposite and other providers in his practice are empathetic. He is not.

I have been going to this practice for many years, and last visit was for a physical. The staff is well trained, reviews history and medications, and they now got a computer record so Dr reiss can look up drugs and find answers for my questions on the internet. (He found me a doctor for my son at college.) He always gives me good advice and is up on recommendations for prostate cancer screening (my father had prostate cancer). This practice has always seemed to be really high quality. Sometimes they get behind because they are busy, but I don't mind waiting my turn.
