As noted by the other review, Dr. McMillian is a terrific physician. He's kind, caring and empathetic, and most importantly, I find that he listens and never makes myself or family feel rushed. My family is blessed to have Dr. McMillian in our lives.

Dr. McMillan is the best doctor I have ever had! He is caring, attentive and doesn't rush and actually cares about what is going on in his patient's lives. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor and I tell everyone that he is the best!

My experiences with this doctor have been exemplary. Wonderful demeanor and extremely knowledgable. I only wish my extended family and friends had found him back when he was taking on new patients. At the risk of sounding over the top, this doctor far exceeds any health care professional I or any of my family members have come across in our lives before. He's definitely found the vocation he was cut out for. Looking forward to his return from sabbatical.

Dr. Jim, as my kids call him, is an example of what every doctor should be: knowledgeable, professional, personable, compassionate. As mentioned by others, he treats everyone with respect and listens to what you have to say. He is not afraid to admit when he does not know the answer and will always refer you to competent specialists, if that's what you require. The office staff are always friendly and you rarely have to wait very long beyond your appointment time.

Dr. McMillan has been my GP for many years now and I've had nothing but pleasurable experiences when visiting his office. He's got a great sense of humor and ability to put you at ease even when discussing things of a very personal nature. Dr.McMillan has always treated me with respect and never talked down to me regarding whatever affliction I might have, which is a problem I have with some Docs and their use or should I say over-use of jargon. Dr.McMillan understands that not everyone is an MD and makes sure you understand his reasoning behind the decision before you leave the office. I'm very happy to have him as my doctor.

True gentleman, always polite, listens intently and acts appropriately. Very down to earth, yet as wise and knowledgeable as they come. My favorite Dr. ever, many others Dr's should take lessons from him.

My family and I have been with Dr. McMillan since he took over for our previous Dr. in 98'. We have been nothing but happy with his treatment and actually prefer him to who he replaced. I would recommend him to anyone. A Kingston and family.

I have moved away from Dundas and still haven't been able to find a Dr. as great as Dr. Jim. He was my Dr. as a teenager and always made me feel very comfortable and was extremely easy to talk to. He is helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. I currently drive from Toronto just because I still have yet to find an equal replacement after 4 years of leaving Dundas.
