He has been my Dr since I was born. Always friendly, and listens to my concerns and never makes you feel rushed . Very knowledgeable. Always happy with the service; does usually run behind but what Dr is ever on time.

I'm still shaking after my terrible experience. Dr. Hayward has been our family physician for many years and in all that time we have never questioned the treatment he had prescribed. However, today we went to see him about a medication change for my son - the treatment he had prescribed was not effective and we wanted to ask about alternate medications. I went into the visit with my son - who is over the age of 18 but had given his permission to have me in the room with him. Dr. Hayward looked upset upon entering the room and seeing me there. He did not acknowledge my presence and literally snarked at me when I asked a question and went on to scold me in front of my son! We were left feeling extremely uncomfortable and shocked by his behavior. He showed no empathy or make any effort to understand our concerns, and worst of all, he broke the sense of trust that is so vital between a patient and physician - not much of family physician. We will no longer be seeing him.

Awesome Doctor. Have been with him since he started his practice. Very knowledgeable and personable. If any doubt he does not hesitate to have issue checked with specialist.
