Happy retirement Dr Hayward however, you were the best doctor for my family for 33 years.. Your kindness and expertise on both my children's deliveries and the care was so appreciated. You will be sadly missed. We watched as some of your children grew up working in the office and gave them encouragement while they were building their world... I had thought perhaps you had discovered the fountain of youth, and would be with us forever... I now am in sorrow to find an equivalent doctor that is as caring and compassionate as you... best wishes on your next chapter ! Big hugs

DR. HAYWARD has been my doctor for 25 years. Every time i see him it's like visiting a father. I miss him already. Enjoy your hard earned retirement.

I'm going to miss having you as my doctor you're the best ever always by my side when I needed Dr Hayward he was there always willing to help me I am going to miss everyone so helpful I will never be able to find a doctor who cares so much about everyone.

i for one have to say more about my dr. hayward ,, he has been my guiding light through thick and thin for over 30 years ,, he listened he joked he told you the way it was ,, he was there when my childern were born , and there this last year when one of them passed away ,, he said it like it was , i am so happy he is retiring for if a man ever deserved to retire it was DR. Hayward
He phoned me at home when i had to be told i would die ,, or get well with his aid and i am still here . He wrote countless notes in my defence against a wall of discrimination and hate from my former employer Manitoba Hydro ,, as they slowly chipped away my life putting me in danger of loosing my hearing due to their defiance against me .. Dr. Hawyard was always fighting for me ,, and with his help i found some relieve in my severe tinnitus which i am suffering with at this moment . i found out today while away in vancouver of his retirement and i just started to cry , that is how much he meant to me .
It was like i lost someone that i could always turn to in time of need , he was a brillaint man , a wondeful docter , he listened , he cared , and he would answer any question about my health until i understood . i am old now as i suppose he is also ,,but a wee part of my heart will always remember the man that meant so much to me for so many years ,, may you and your family have the retirement you rightly deserve ,, the old dog from lac du bonnet ,, thank you ..

I’m so weirded out by how Dr. Haywards retirement is hitting me. I have feel caught off guard by this and find myself tearing up, unexpectedly in moments when I think about him retiring. He’s been my doctor pretty much my entire life. My new doctor will never know me as well, know my family, my history, my nuances. What a strange passage of life this is, that I’ve never given much thought to before. I feel like I’m losing another parent. Crazy! He is the absolute best. Amazing listener, takes time, makes you feel heard, and treats you like a person. I’m really going to miss him! :(
