Totally AWESOME experience. Staff respects all. I am handicapped, in electric wheelchair. Never have been disrespected, in anyway. Believe me, if the lady was asked to take her children to the car, there was a reason. A wonderful office, full of a kind, caring, professional employees.

As always, I was treated with respect by each of the staff members I encountered. Dr. Mansouri explains each procedure and is always kind and knowledgeable.

Let me just start off saying how upset I am to be kicked out of this office with my Three kids who were ALL wearing masks and sitting quietly. I walked in with my husband because he had an exam and as we go to the back (I told the lady, Lisa walker, I was going to look for glasses and she said it was fine) however as I’m looking at glasses I asked a lady working in the department if I could bring inside my children who are waiting in the car. She stated yes as long as they come In through the front to get their temps taken. I did that!!! The man who was the receptionist took it for them because the lady lisa was nowhere to be found. So as we walk to the glasses area (temps taken and everything) they sit still with their iPads completely distracted and still wearing their mask. However, Ms Lisa walker, who stated she is the administrator at this point confronts me after all of this, and basically accused me of going behind her back about my kids!!!!?????? What in the heck!? I was very offended she would accuse me of this! It was rude and uncalled for. I would understand and completely respect it if my kids were all over the place but they were sitting with their iPads on NO volume literally making no sound. Their temperatures were taken and everything yet; We got kicked out!!! And in front of everyone!!!! Ms Lisa walker shame on you. This is not good customer service. I hope that this office finds a new administrator immediately. I am offended and very upset. My 11 year old who understands and sees what happened is very confused why she got kicked out to the point she feels targeted. Ms Lisa walker had the nerve to smile in my face through the discussion we had. As if it were funny to her.

Dr Mansouri is very professional, he listens well and then carefully explains your options making sure you understand. He is very kind and gentle. He never rushes your time with him.

One of the staff members, in the small room with me, had a flimsy gaping mask on. I asked for a new aide, someone with a fitting mask. Other than that, Dr Mansouri was personable, knowledgeable, and skillful.
