Dr. Jack Rusen has been my physician for 25 years. He has the knowledge, experience and he takes the time needed to make proper diagnosis and treatment of medical issues. He has made sure his staff and Associates are well trained, professional, polite and efficient.

Wow look at all the complaints. i cannot sit for very long so I phoned ahead of time and they pulled my chart so I would get in quickly, but some times that did not work . I believe he missed my January blood tests because he was out on vacation, because 8 months later when I was some where else I got a call "what about your failing kidneys?" Went in to see him, waited an hour and had to go home. made an appointment , waited 45 minutes and went home. I lost my use of kidneys and am on dialysis 3 time a week for 4 hours without ever finding out what was the problem,

I think this time for the doctor to retire he's gone for 6 months out of the year. He gave me a medication that I was allergic to and I told him that I was allergic to it he said this is going to be okay this one's a good one and the pharmacy refuse to fill it because of my allergy.ended up going to a walk-in clinic. And got the proper medication. I went back he made another mistake it was such a serious mistake I called Physicians and surgeons. And I never went back

Old school dr who gets right to the point. Smart, and doesn’t mess around. Gets right to the problem and fixes it. The staff at Eaton place are really nice and efficient. Excellent clinic.

I have I have been a patient of him for several years and throughout the years, he always showed me that he has my best interest in mind. For instance, I have experienced enlarged lymph nodes in 2015 and he told me that my lymph nodes seem to be infected and he sent me to the top-notch gastroenterologist in Winnipeg who happened to be Dr. Clifford Yaffe but since then all my lymph nodes have become extremely enlarged all over my body and I may be at risk of developing lymphoma soon but despite my effort and desire no doctor would give me any sort of treatment and I'm continuously getting sicker. He did his part but it's unfortunate that no doctors value me enough to do anything for me. However, the negligence would not be on Dr. Rusen part.

This doctor makes you wait. The best time to try and see him is br 1pm thats when he goes for lunch. He's away 1/2 the year down south. So you end up seeing some other guy.
