Dr. Gertestein did a surgery for me and gave me a brand new life, a better life! We had some mis-understanding because of my language and feeling, but we figured things out, she fixed my problem, she is my hero!

Dr G is the BEST! i just love her!she was the first docotr who made me feel heard. she was not rushed. took the time to explain things and gave me options .she did surgery when I was ready .She cares so much about her patients

I have never had the worst care from a doctor. He did not listen to me, interrupted me, and was very rude, so there was no way she could make a correct diagnosis. I understand there is a lack of doctors in Canada, but having these types of health providers shouldn't be acceptable.

First time experience with this doctor and I have nothing but good things to say, she made me feel comfortable, safe and knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend her to anyone regardless of those stupid negative comments. She is amazing

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I was referred to her for a procedure and was immediately judged and treated disrespectfully. She performed a cervical biopsy without my consent or warning at all. I was 22 years old the last time I saw her and I didn't know any better that this wasn't a normal experience. I left almost every appointment in tears as I was meant to felt like I was wasting her time by asking questions. It makes me sick to think she treats others in this same way.

Was 2 hours late for appointment and then didn't listen to any of my concerns. After telling her repeatedly that hormone treatments do not work for me and they deteriorate my mental health (I have tried every method) she continued to persist that I get an IUD after I just told her that I had one and it made me bleed heavily for 6 weeks when I finally had it removed I had to have a blood transfusion. She doesn't listen and doesn't have your best interest at heart. Would absolutely not recommend her to anyone, I wouldn't not trust this doctor with my health.

Went with my wife when she was pregnant with our first child. She was late, rude and had the nerve to refer to me as the “sperm donor”! My wife found another doctor.

She is a great doctor! Doesn’t sugar coat to the point! When I got sick she called my home multiple times to see if I was ok what next steps should be with my treatment before surgery. She constantly took notes and read up on my medical issues to give me best care
possible. She took time to answer my questions put my mind at ease

Amazing experience she is kind and thoughtful. She takes her time to explain things and go through the options, I never felt rushed. When I finally went for surgery she was very thorough and i essentially had almost no pain ! I love her and wouldn’t go anywhere else
