Was my OB for first baby. Waited 3 hours 2x to see her for 10 mins. Beside manner not great. Only got better once she realized she knew my husbands family. Went with midwives for second pregnancy and was a way better experience.

This doctor is the worst doctor I've even seen in my life. I've been waiting for 3 hours to see her and she just want to finish as soon as possible with ZERO patient and looks rush. She give me like 5 mins talk with nothing helpful and then ask me to book next appointment with her assistance.

As hard as it is to find a doctor these days try to avoid her if you can. Especially if it’s your first pregnancy. She’s very smart and one of the best when it comes to csections but her bed side manner sucks(or maybe she just says it how it is). It’s hard to have a conversation with her to discuss any concerns because she’s so rushed, talks over you and makes you feel stupid for asking any questions. It got to the point in my pregnancy where I was afraid to ask basic questions and my appointments were less than 5 minutes long. Her staff at Manitoba clinic were amazing, not to sure about her new receptionist at scurfield medical clinic.

Dr Gertenstein is an amazing Loving Dr she takes the time to hear what you’re going through I spent 20 yrs with dr m Bennett at hsc was horrible she just used me as an experiment. Dr Getenstein did test right away and found out I had uterine cancer she gave me surgery right away Dr Heather Dean cancer Dr and her are amazing Drs
I thank the Lord for the Drs these women are

Dr. Gertenstein was the doctor on call at the hospital when I was there delivering my baby, we had to rush into the OR for a C-section due to multiple complications with my labor. She is very knowledgeable, caring and highly skilled doctor whos quick decisions probably saved my babys life and mine. The next day she came by my babys room in the NICU to check on me and my daughter, made sure I understood what happened and asked if I had any questions. I'd have her deliver my next baby in a heart beat.

I recently saw this dr at the scurfield medical centre. It was a terrible experience. She seemed very rushed and I felt didn’t pay any attention to why I was there. She did not help me at all. I wish I had never seen her. I will be asking for a referral to a new gyne

Have been under her care for 10 yrs now... I have 3 beautiful children. Dr. Gerteinstein it's been a absolute honor to have you as our Doctor. Wouldn't want any other doctor.

Not my doctor, but unfortunately had her for my delivery. Very rude, made me feel uncomfortable and felt stupid for asking questions when in labour. She clearly hates her Job. Made my birthing experience way more stressful than it has to be. Pushes for c sections. Rushed and could barely understand her mumbling.
