Dr Spence and her nurse Amy are incredible! They helped my husband and me when no one else could give us answers. Would recommend Dr. Spence to anyone searching for a knowledgable, caring obgyn.

Dr. Spence consulted with me about a labiaplasty. She was very informative, caring and understood my concerns. She went over the information quickly but answered all of my questions. She even scheduled another meeting with me and my husband to come in together before my surgery date! Great doctor!

Dr. Spence was such a breath of fresh air! I felt so much better after she spoke with me about a cyst on my ovary which I was referred to her by another doctor. She was knowledgeable, perfessional and really cared about me as a patient. After speaking with me about my concerns she even gave me a hug! She made me feel like not only "number" but a cared for patient.

Dr. Spence was awful! She did not listen to me at all. She threatened me and bullied me not to have a c-section which was scheduled for high risk medical reasons, because she does not believe in them. Also, she told me that if she was on call when I went into labor early (if I did) she would refuse to do my c-section even though I had one scheduled for one week away from the date I was seeing her. I prayed not to go into labor early, because there is no way I would trust this women now with me or my child. She believes because she is a doctor that she can push her ideals on her patients as if she was God. That to me is a red flag that you have so many control issues that the one time you see me you are going to try and bully me into not having a c section despite several other doctors (who I would see more regularly) feeling that I needed one in the same practice. She became very angry at me and caused me a great deal of emotional distress one week before my delivery, so unnecessary.

Doctor Spence removed a ovary and cyst. This doctor is a caring person. Spends time with you explaining everything. She is in my opinion great!!!! Would recommend to anyone.
