Several years ago I lived in a different state and had minimal access to surgeons who specialized in rhinoplasty procedures. I made the mistake of doing very little research and elected to use a random plastic surgeon in the commuting area (with 3 examples of previous work on his website) to undergo my first rhinoplasty surgery. The outcome was beyond terrible (shocking right?). It was a completely botched surgery, I was left with a deviated septum, pollybeak deformity and more.

Fast forward 8 years and I’m living in Texas and finally have access to the best of the best in the plastic surgery business. While there are tons of plastic surgeons for hire in the U.S. and across Texas, I found that there were very few who possess the artistry, precision and technical finesse necessary to consistently perform exceptional work, until I found and used Dr. Rohrich for my revision rhinoplasty.

Dr. Rohrich is not just a great surgeon, he is the Godfather of Plastic Surgery. What made him stand out to me, in addition to his mile long list of accolades and distinguished credentials, is the fact he is also Professor of Plastic Surgery who aspires to train the next generation of great surgeons and has the best interest of all patients in mind, even those he may never meet or operate on.

Additionally, he is transparent and proud to show off his work using his various social media platforms. For me, seeing as how I’m a millennial and like everything virtual and at my fingertips, it was important for me to be able to see real people, real surgeries and real results upfront, before committing to anything. Dr. Rohrich has no secrets, no botched surgeries or reviews he’s hiding from. If a doctor isn’t willing to share pre and post-op photos, videos of surgery, and is hesitant to show off his/her work, it’s a huge red flag for me after my first awful plastic surgery experience.

Dr. Rohrich is an open-book with a charming and genuine disposition. He prides himself on his work and is eager to show off his patients’ before and after photos and videos (that have consented for him to do so). He is also realistic, and will tell you exactly how complex your surgery will be and the likely results. His patients are also from all backgrounds, races, genders and geographic regions of the world. He can literally operate on any ethnicity, any gender, and maintain the uniqueness of that given person while still achieving the functional and cosmetic results desired by the patient.

From the moment you walk in their door you are treated like the most important person in the room and that begins with consults to the post-surgery appointments, everything is seamless. They take all the necessary Covid precautions to keep each patient safe during appointments and surgery. They also call before and after surgery to check-in and are legitimately concerned about your well-being at all times.

I’m so happy with my revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Rohrich and his staff and I sincerely believe he and his team are absolutely worth the investment, the drive, the flight, etc. Do not go anywhere else or carelessly choose a surgeon and make the same mistake I did the first time. Use Dr. Rohrich, you will not be disappointed!!!

I had a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Rohrich to improve the aesthetic of my nose as well as breathing capability. During my consultation we reviewed my priorities and goals for the procedure during very productive conversation – based on my input his office provided images which projected what my nose could look like. I am currently only 1-week post-op and my nose looks even better than those photoshopped images!! The results truly have me excited beyond words, and I look forward to seeing continuing improvement as the swelling continues to resolve. I would also add he is very available and connected to his patients – later in the night on the same day as my surgery I had some questions I was hoping to talk through, and he followed up on my text with a Facetime right away. Dr. Rohrich is quick to understand his patients’ individual rhinoplasty goals and delivers A++ results. The whole staff is kind and pleasant, which only helps any nerves you may have about the process. My overall experience was a 12/10, and I would recommend Dr. Rohrich to anyone in a heartbeat!

I love visiting Dr. Rohrich's office. He always makes me feel and look so amazing. I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Rohrich and he's done a wonderful job. It has been only 6 months from my surgery and I am very happy with the result already and it keeps getting better by day. It is exactly how I wanted. I turned 40 a few years ago, and I needed a little extra boost of confidence and Dr. Rohrich definitely made that happen for me. Dr. Rohrich is an amazing plastic surgeon. I was extremely pleased with the results of my surgery. His staff was professional and willing to answer my questions which put my mind at ease. The morning of my surgery I was calm and my anxiety was allayed. I felt I was in very capable, caring hands. My entire experience was so much more than I expected. I was treated like I would want my loved ones treated. All my postoperative visits have been punctual and I was not made to wait. Dr Rohrich performed my eyelid surgery about six months ago, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. He is charismatic, passionate about his work and clearly an expert in his field. Dr. Rohrich will provide you with best solution with the most natural appearance based on your needs and desires! His results will astonish you! I had a deviated septum, which required septoplasty to correct it, a severe dorsal hump on my nose, which required rhinoplasty, and a deeply recessed chin from an overbite. Needless to say, I did not want multiple surgeries to correct just my nose rather one surgery resulting in to solve my issues and produce a natural appearance with symmetry to my face. After researching and meeting with several ENT’s, I became frustrated with their feedback to fix my nose as they pushed multiple surgeries. I began researching Plastic Surgeons, several local doctors consistently referred me back to Dr. Rohrich for help. I met with Dr. Rohrich for consultation of my nose and chin issues. He was very sincere, empathic and compassionate - listening to my issues and providing me with an optimal solution. After suffering a significant nasal injury followed by a poorly executed primary septorhinoplasty, I spent months researching doctors to repair and revise the damage that left me with several deformities. Dr. Rohrich checked all the boxes and possessed the immeasurable qualities of empathy and compassion.

Exactly 12 months following my primary operation, I underwent surgery with Dr. Rohrich. While I am only one week post op, the experience has been seamless. Dr. Rohrich is a true artist and skilled surgeon. He surrounds himself with an impeccable staff both in his office and in the surgery center. The anesthesiologist even called me the night before my procedure to discuss a game plan and assure me he would be present the entire time to monitor me during surgery. I was also very impressed with my experience with Letty. Having my stitches and packing removed at another practice following my primary operation was a painful nightmare. This was not the case with Letty. She is kind, patient and so gentle.

Dr. Rohrich addressed my main concerns and executed beautifully. At one week post op, I am very happy with my results. I have been seeing Dr. Rohrich for over 16 years. He is an exceptional Surgeon and I am very very pleased with the results of my tummy tuck after all these years. I also see him for Botox several times per year! He is the best and I highly recommend him! His office staff amazing, especially Angela!
