Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr Pratt was cold and very unprofessional. I ended up at Womens Hospital after being transferred from another hospital. I had never seen Dr Pratt during my pregnancy care. She showed up in my room, not once asked how I was doing and told my husband and I that we were going to do a csection. She never gave us anytime to process this info. During the csection, she never told me what was going on. I had to ask my husband when they were going to start, his comment was, they are almost done. I was shocked. She never showed me my babies (I had twins), never told me congrats, nothing. The delivery room was the last time I saw her. She never came back for a followup. I would strongly discourage ANYONE from seeing Dr Pratt. She should really be reprimanded for her lack of bedside manner.
