office staff needs to be replaced - needs to have a NP in the office daily

Other than me having to wait 45 mins. Inside the Dr. examination room.After I was told,the Dr. will be in,in a few mins......However after seeing the Dr. Wynkoop I forgot about the waiting. Due to the fact that this man couldn't do enough to explain my condition,took his time, was extremely knowledgeable, and his bedside manor was excellent! Not to mention the fact that he has a wonderful personality......He was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other Physicians I have seen in the past. And I also found the staff to be very helpful and courteous.

Made an appointment and had to wait OUTSIDE the office because "the staff was out to lunch". The office staff were a bunch of stiffs but Dr. Wynkoop himself is great.

Dr. Wynkoop has a great bed side manner and great knowlegde. Listens to you and helps you made a plan that works for your lung disease. Would reccommend him to friends and family. The only complaint is that the Toms River office staff is not personable. Miss the old receptionist Janet that was awesome.

Great bedside manner. Took his time explaining my father's condition with my mother and sister. Since he became my father's physician, his condition has improved.

scheduled appt and doctor wasnt in office. i left work that day to be there and all they could say was sorry. I had to cancell first appt because my father in law was in ccu dying and receptionist got mad because I called brick of instead of toms river one but i only had brick # Oh well wont get recomendations from me
