I was introduced to Dr. Neil Berrington as he did my rysotomy at HSC pain mgmt clinic.
you couldnt wish for better. he kept apologizing for the trauma. there was nothing to it
when he did the procedure. I'd had it done at Pan Am and besides almost passing out with
pain (something got punctured), I was very sick with the first produce, but nothing like
that with Dr. Berrington. his manner, knowledge and work are top notch.. also had
Owen Williams who really messed me up badly...

Dr Berington performed a laminectomy for herniated L4 and L5 disks. The day after the surgery, I started getting sciatic nerve pain in my right leg. His staff was not very helpful or concerned. I was told to go to emergency and they will deal with it. After a week of being brushed off by everyone, I was finally admitted to HSC because I was in EXTREME pain and had to use an ambulance to demonstrate how much pain I was in. As I write this rating, I am now going on my 5th day at HSC. Every day I'm told I will get surgery and every day I am getting bumped. Even Dr Berington himself visited me and promised me that if I don't get corrective surgery "today", then for sure I will get it "tomorrow". Now, it is tomorrow and again I've been bumped. This is a Saturday of a long weekend and I've been in HSC since Tuesday. The pain he has caused me is worse than the pain I was in before. My opinion is he doesn't care at all.

I had 2 back surgeries on L4 and L5 fused disc
, Dr. Barrington did great surgery and that was over 11 years ago. Im fine and no back pain or problems.

Dr Berrington saved my life. He performed an emergency brain surgery on me removing my skull flap and then a second surgery to replace it. All during a pandemic. An amazing human, forever thankful for his amazing work.

Looses a few stars for his reception nurse, she has told me inaccurate information multiple times, and I have seen her gossiping with others multiple times.

DR Neil Berrington gave me a new lease on life without chronic pain he performed L5-S1 spinal fusion surgery on me on june 10 this year. Also thank you Debbie and staff for helping me true this . I highly recommend him and his staff they are good caring people. thank you from north manitoba.

Dr.Berington and his staff at Health science center performed surgery on me more then 12 years ago when I broke my neck in 2 places. Thanking God for gifting him n his staff with the knowledge to help people like me! I couldn’t have asked for better results after surgery! It’s with a grateful heart i say thank you!!

Excellent and caring doctor. Had LOTS of patience with me, when deciding what was going to be the best approach for my case/my expectations. He did everything he could to help me to keep my mobility and quality of life. His nurse is a little rude or just "tired" of the work, but his secretary is amazing. Dr. Berrington is a great professional and caring person.

I have met with Dr Berrington 3 times in the past 8 months: first at the surgical consult, again at the time of my discectomy surgery at L5-S1, and just today for my post-op follow up. I have found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, answering my questions and seeming genuinely interested in how I have been doing since surgery. It has been 9 weeks post-op, and my pain levels have largely improved. He said he would like me to check back in 3 months, as he would like to see me completely relieved of my pain issues. The nurses and office staff are also friendly and helpful.

I met him once, have not had surgery though. Explained the procedure and asked to see me again before scheduling surgery, if I decide to proceed. I found him to helpful and understanding. As well as truthful as some of my questions he could not give answers for as he did not know long term affects so I appreciated knowing this. His secretary was very kind!!!
