Dr. Klein and her staff are amazing!!! I have never known a doctor to be so compassionate and understanding~her staff is awesome and makes you so feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Klein and her staff

I had a great experience with Dr Klein. She spent a lot of time with me explaining in detail my medical condition. I would recommend her highly.

I did not feel this Dr. was helpful in diagnosing my condition. I did not trust her decisions and decided to seek medical care elsewhere. Her bedside manner was not ideal, and I felt as though she talked down to me. She did not spend very much time with me during our visits nor did she explain things very well. Her staff was rude and made mistakes with my billing. They attempted to charge me twice for a service and wouldn't listen to me or let me see the Dr. at my next appointment until I proved to them that they made a mistake and that I had already paid it. Bottom line: as a paying customer and patient, I care very much about my health and found better care elsewhere. I would not go back to this Dr. and would not recommend her to anyone else.

I feel as though Dr. Klein talks down to me, doesn't listen, and doesn't realize that I know my body better than anyone. I learned from another Dr. that I have a health condition that should have been noticed by Dr. Klein, as she already had my blood tests and didn't notice anything abnormal until I brought it to her attention. Also, one of my appointments I was told that I had a balance that had to be paid before I could see the doctor. This balance was already paid months before, and the receptionist would not believe me until I showed her my bank statement from my cell phone that showed the check that they had already cashed of mine. Their staff is very rude, and you can tell that they are overwhelmed by patients. They treat everyone like they are unintelligent. I am looking for a new doctor and am willing to drive far away since she is the only gyno in Gainesville.
