Dr. Chen is a friendly, caring and very knowledgeable doctor. He always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and is great with following up and making sure that my medical needs are taken care of. He seems knowledgeable about a wide variety of medical conditions. He seems to carefully consider any evidence / symptoms and never rushes through a diagnosis (even though I know his schedule is always busy). In addition to all that, he's very friendly, light hearted, professional, polite, and has a good sense of humor. Highly recommend this guy! His eBay-style rating is: A+++++++ :)

Dr. Chen is very punctual and considerate of patient's time and concerns. Dr. Chen takes my calls and returns message promptly.
