Dr Raj and Dr Aric Mahay are truly amazing always trying to get down to the issue and taking all proper measures I can’t thank Dr. Mahay enough for what he has done for me throughout the years

Feel very rushed and not taken care of when seeing this doctor. Felt like he just wanted to give me a prescription and be done with it. My concerns weren’t being addressed as well as I had hoped they would be when discussing it with a dr. Multiple phone appts and they lasted no longer than 5-8 min.

I have been going to this clinic since it opened and have had nothing but great service from the staff and knowledgeable care from the Doctors.

Couldn’t agree more with the comment below. East Indian patients are his priority and it shows. I’ve waited hours before and when I go to ask the receptionist how much longer she says they “accidentally skipped me” or “forgot to put my name on the list”. I also feel very rushed when in the examining room with him and I can’t say he’s ever really examined me, just writes a prescription and sends me on my way. I’ve asked about seeing a specialist a few times for a recurring issue I have and he has no concern about it, says it’s not a priority Right now, especially because of COVID.
The receptionists are garbage at their jobs. I’m sorry but they’re just awful.

You will wait 3 or 4 hours to see this Dr unless you are East Indian then you get dront of the line service.
I seen this Dr for over 20 years until Norwest opened about 5 years ago and thats when I realized how inept and uncaring rhis Dr can be.
For example, I requested a sleep study at least 3 times over a 3 year period and was told there was a long waiting list. However, when I moved to Norwest I had it done in less than 6 months upon my request and discovered that I had SEVERE sleep apnea which can be fatal.

I like that appointments can be made but also walk-in is also an option.

I have been a patient here for almost 30 years and have referred friends and family.
