I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Nowak aesthetics. I had two procedures there the first procedure I had lipo on my stomach I wish I had done more research because now I have so much extra skin I will need to get a tummy tuck. I wasted $8500 on that procedure. I decided to get my arms and thighs done the following week. That was a BIG MISTAKE!! The doctor started the procedure late and was in a big rush. Halfway through the procedure after he had done one arm and one thigh he decided to take a break. He had a consultation right in the middle of my surgery?? I sat there alone in the surgery room for nearly 20 minutes until he came back with his assistant. That is extremely unethical and also unacceptable I paid $6000 for the procedure the Dr should be focused on me not trying to get additional business during my surgery time. Dr Nowak Rushed through the procedure and started on it area that hadn’t been numb I could feel shocking sensation and I was in a lot of pain. I noticed he left out quite a few areas on my arms yet he did not go back and touch them up he quickly ran out to take care of his other consults. I was in so much pain that I asked his assistant if I could take a Tylenol that I had brought she said she had to ask the doctor first because he was in another consultation I had to nearly wait a half an hour just to take some pain medicine. During my thermage treatment she was doing a great job the staff kept paging her and she ignored it to try and finish up what she was doing, that was not good enough one of the staff came in and got her to go take care of another Botox client right in the middle of my procedure. She was very professional and did not want to leave me hanging but had no other choice she took care of her other Botox patient and left me sitting alone for 20 minutes she finally came back and finished up the skin tightening. At that point I had been there for eight hours and all I wanted to do was go home the procedure lasted much longer than it should have because the doctor was too busy doing consultations during my surgery.

Prior to my procedure, I measured 35 chest, 34 waist, and 36 mid-ab. After thermolipo, my measurements were 34-31 1/4-31 1/2. Needless to say, I am very happy with the results I have had. In the beginning, I was extremely nervous during my consultation about what thermolipo would entail. Dr. Nowak was understanding and patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Before, during, and after my procedure, Dr. Nowak and his staff have been nothing but kind. Though I had thermolipo at the end of 2012, I waited about 6 months to provide a testimonial to see if there would be any change in how Dr. Nowak and his staff would treat me since my procedure was over. They have continued to treat me well whenever I come in for follow-up appointments. I plan to stay with Dr. Nowak for other treatments I may need.

Dr.Nowak and his staff are amazing. I was referred from a friend and was very happy. I had juvederm injected in my lips at a previous place and Dr.Nowak fixed them to perfection. They have a great Botox plan that is very reasonable. Very pleased with this doctor and his staff.

When I turned 32 my acne problems aggravated even more.I wanted to see a doctor who was not just trying to sell me his own products but who really cared about taking care of my skin. Is been 8 months since I started seeing Dr. Nowak for my acne problems and my skin has NEVER looked better; I expected good results, but not amazing results such as the ones I see now. After many years of suffering with acne, this is the first time I have not have a breakout in the past 6 months. I would completely, without a doubt recommend Dr. Nowak. And I want to thank him for giving me back confidence of not having to worry about how my skin looks anymore.
