Dr Leung has been my family doctor for my entire life and was my mom’s family doctor since she was a kid, I have nothing but good things to say about him! He is always helpful and takes the time to listen to your concerns, the staff have always been friendly and kind to me and my family. Definitely recommend Dr. Leung to anyone looking for a new family doctor!

Like many reviewers, I've been with Dr. Leung for many years (30+). As long as I can remember, my parents and I have had to fight to get connected to someone on the phone. Lots and lots of busy signals no matter when you call, and most of the time the staff sound very rushed and brash. They seem a little nicer in the office.

Once you can actually get an appointment, the doctor himself is very busy but in my experience, has always been very kind, helpful, and thorough. He has not hesitated to honor my requests or refer me as necessary and always does his due diligence when I or my parents have had issues worth seeing him about.

He acted very quickly to send my grandmother from a routine appointment to the hospital and having a quadruple bypass within 4 days.

My grandfather had Dr. Leung. He went to see Dr. Leung on a Friday and he cleared him, by the Sunday he was admitted to hospital with Pneumonia. My cousin was my grandfathers POA and after she questioned him and complained about care, he booted my 80 year old grandfather off the roster. Also, all of the complaints regarding her staff are true and I have experienced condescending, mocking laugher or brusk rudeness to outright hostility. To treat people, who are looking for help, with such a lack of decency and utter disrespect must warrant some sort of clinical evaluation of their insensitivity? Perhaps more training is necessary but it is doubtful to change the quality of the human behind the desk. I used to excuse them based on how challenging the job must be, but it’s happened so many times there are no more excuses to give.

Been with Dr. Leung going on 20 years. The best doctor you could hope for, but the staff is another thing. I don't know why they always make you feel unwelcome, like your bothering them and don't ever ask them a question that's outside of the reason why your there. If you don't like your job do everyone a favor and leave

I have been with Dr. Leung since I was a kid. He himself has been very caring and helpful but it means nothing when the receptionist makes it impossible for you to get in contact with him. She belittles you always saying you're wrong and that "you're not a doctor" and it is clear that she has no intention in helping at all. She doesn't belong in her field of work.

I have gone to Dr. Leung since I was a small kid. To keep it simple his staff are downright not good people. They are miserable condescending dismissive and question everyone of your actions. They often give medical advice even though they should just be sticking to figuring out when I can get in next. Impossible to set up and appointment, terrible hours. Throughout the years walk in clinics have done far more than Dr. Leung has ever done for me. Please heed my warning. Dr Leung nor his staff have your best interest in mind.

A lot of negative comments here which I think are unfair. My (and my wife's) experience has been generally good. It's hard to get the office on the phone, impossible outside of business hours. And sometimes you have to wait days for an appointment. But Dr Leung does listen and try to do what he can. He does not hesitate to refer to a specialist or for a second opinion. We've been looked after by him for 10 years now and hope we can continue to rely on him.

He’s been great for me a my family. No issues. A little bit of an issue regarding referrals to specialists etc. Other than that he’s very good
