I won't choose this doctor again. First of all the waiting time was to long >1hour. Doctor didn't explain any details about diagnos. She was answering to question without any interest. She wasn't interested in my complaints she just made a lot of extra tests which aren't related to my desease. Moreover It was difficult to get results back to show it to another doctor - receptionist is rude. They said I can't book appointments for another doctor without their approval.

i passed by the office on avenue p and saw a sign for a family doctor and a podiatrist. I need both as I just moved to this area and was happy to see office offering both. i called to inquire and make an appointment and encountered extremely rude response. the girl on the phone said that only the manager Svetlana can make appointments. i spoke to Svetlana who was very impatient and said she doesn’t have the log and cannot make an appointment. it would be fine if she wasn’t impolite and inpatient. she spoke to me as if i owed her money. i would have considered dr. klebanov for my future needs because i just moved to the area but i will NEVER go back to this office were svetlana the office manager was so unprofessional and insulting.

Great doctor, great staff. Dr. Klebanov is an attentive, knowledgeable doctor who takes her patients' health seriously. She has a number of specialists working out of her office on designated days, which saves for the hassle of external referrals and setting up appointments with multiple offices. Her receptionist, Luba, is extremely friendly, and always engages me in conversation, and the same can be said for her nursing staff, who are just great. I highly recommend this doctor for people of all ages and ranges of health.

Very good, knowledgeable, and friendly doctor. She takes your problems very seriously, and will do whatever she can, including consulting the many specialists who have appointment hours at her office, to diagnose. Staff speaks English and Russian as well, and are usually very friendly and sensitive to the patient's needs. Highly recommended!
