Dr Susan Hauch has been a very attentive and caring Physician in the many years she has served me. I would recommend her as well as the teaching facility at Family Medical to anyone.

When I had my first child I only saw her maybe 3 times the rest was with a student(which was very nice) then when it came time for him to be born I was told she would be there and if she wasn't the student would be. Well neither was there and so I was upset about that. I didn't see my doctor until later on the next day.

My family have been patients of Dr. Hauch for over 20 years, the expertice and service has been excelent. She was very helpful in expediating my brain surgury for a tumor removal. My wait times for MIR's and CAT Scans where less than the Provincial average by far.

Dr.Hauch is as sweet as can be evertime I go to visit which is not that often, she remembers me. and not just my name I mean my whole medical history, she doesn't even look at the chart. She would ask me about a trip I went on that I had told her about at one of my last visits, and she would even remember where. I'm pretty sure she doesn't write on her chart. I feel really comfortable aproching her with anything. She really cares about her patients needs.

I have seen Dr.Hauch throughout both of my pregnancies and she is SUCH an exceptional doctor. I am completely 100% comfortable asking her any question I have and she is very thorough with her answers. She always makes sure I understand, and never makes me feel like she is just waiting to get on to the next patient. AND, she ALWAYS tells me how good I am looking, and that is VERY nice to hear while pregnant and afterwards. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

She gave me superb personal attention and whatever she wasn't able to answer at the time, she followed up with a personal correspondence. Highly unusual in our "assembly line" and impersonal medical system..and very much appreciated under the circumstances.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hauchs for 18 years, and now my 4 children and my husband are also patients. I have chose a family physician to keep mine and my families medical history together and thus, closely observed by one physician instead of many. I have always felt well cared for and educated on any health concerns we have had. Dr. Hauch and her team care about our physical well being as well as our overall well being as a family. I feel very forunate to have Dr. Hauch caring for my family.

Dr Susan is very careing and has helped my family thorough alot and she has done everything possible. She always goes that one step more to try things. She treats everyone with resepct.I really don't know what my family would do if she ever left. She always makes time for you.

Nice most of the time, however very moody occassionally. I feel that important diagnosis go missing because lack of enough supervision of the students doctors that do the work for her.

Susan doesn't just ask about your medical problem(s) but as well asks how you and your family are doing and genuinely seems to care. Very professional and approachable. Wonderful family physician!
