He doesn’t care. Will not consult with parent not even when present. All about money!!

Dr.Cooper is very rude and nasty, doesn’t even greet when seeing him. I won’t be returning.

I would not recommend anyone see this doctor. He has clearly stretched himself thin. In my 5 years that I had braces I only met him TWICE. That is unacceptable considering I’m going to an office that has HIS name on it. The first orthodontist in his office that worked on me totally ruined my plan of care. If it wasn’t for the SECOND orthodontist I saw, I would probably still be in braces. He closes his Rock Hill office with NO warning and makes his patients drive to Fort Mill. On top of that, once the braces are off you now have to drive ALL the way to Northlake for the remainder of your appointments. The two times that I did meet Dr. Cooper he had poor bedside manner. He talks to his patients any kind of way and I felt like he was just rushing me out of my braces at this point. If I could do my braces experience all over again I would have NEVER chosen his office.

Worked for this doctor and he is in this profession strictly for the money and that's all people are to him.

This doctor is not orthodontic board certified. He is clueless. I spent over 4 years in braces which caused shifts and changes in my teeth. Personal friends that took their children, I found after the fact, experienced the same horrible service from the doctor and his staff. Find a doctor that is listed on the American Board of Orthodontics.

Very rude staff! Pulling teeth is less painful than scheduling appointments. I do not see any changes in my children treatment. I really regret coming ro this doctor.

His staff is rude! He is only concerned about money and my teeth moved within weeks because they would not provide me with proper retainers

I love Dr. Cooper, however the wait is beyond terrible my appt. was 4:20 it's :6:15 now my child still hasn't been taken to the back . This is ridiculous , where the customer service you have to do better my time is important

Dr. Cooper is an amazing doctor, I was a patient of his over 10 years ago and my teeth still look great, my dentist even complimented me on them, and he said I must have had a great orthodontist. I would also like to say that im going back to school, to study Dentistry and Dr cooper has been my biggest influence, it been years since I've spoken to him but I never forget
his kind, comforting spirit. Thank You Doctor Cooper!
