Dr. K.C. Mallick
Ratings for Dr. K.C. Mallick
Mallick isn't a doctor, he is a joke. This just goes to show how pathetic our healthcare system is. It also reflects very poorly on the Manitoba college of Phy& Surg that allows to practice. It also reflects badly on the medical school that so foolishly let him graduate.

I went to this doctor due to a severe rash I had developed. I sat down, he talked with me for 20 seconds asking hardly any questions and never once took a look at any of my rash, yet prescribed 40 dollars worth of cremes and pills.????? None helped. Went to hospital, where they were surprised what had been prescribed and I got a different prescription to clear up my rash.

I was told that I had a heart attack and I should go to the hospital immediately. After waiting in the hospital for 9 hours, I was told that I had acid reflux. TERRIBLE DOCTOR!

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! Went to see him because my GP couldn't see me for 4 weeks (which in inself is pathetic). I don't know why I bothered! I don't even believe that this man is a doctor...just a man with a prescription pad. He prescribes medication without even checking you out. He gave me a prescription for a medication for an ear infection and never even bothered looking in my ears. I never filled the prescription because I am 7 months pregnant and didn't trust him at all! This wasted appointment took me over 2 hours to get into and I was in the "exam" room for a solid 25 seconds - he didn't answer a single question. Don't waste your time! I ended up making an appointment with my GP for 4 weeks later...at this rate, I won't be better by then anyway.

I have been to see Dr.Mallick a few times and I will NEVER go back again. The wait is always over an hour, I understand that being it is a walk in clinic. He is very unprofesional and rushed. He charges for prescriptions that are needed. He writes prescriptions without examing what you went to see him about. He gives information that is wrong to the condtion. You are in and out of the exam room with in 20 seconds. He does not answer questions, but waves them off as nothing. He didn't exam what I went to see him for, and just said it would correct itself without even looking. He also listened to my chest when I had broncites, but instead of saying take a deep breath to listen with his stethschope he moved it from side to side over my chest for about a minute not even listening or leaving it in place. I have been to many doctors and I know how this is done. I felt very uncomfortable like It was a cheap thrill for him. I was disgusted. Do not waste your time going to him. This is by far the worst doctor ever.

I do not understand if individuals have so many issues with Dr. M why do you keep going back? i think people like to complain and if you truly think he is a "bad doctor" go to another walk in clinic

Went to him at his clinic a few times. He spends maybe three seconds diagnosing your problem, prescribes you something for it, then rushes you off. He seemed unwilling to spend time answering my questions and deceived me when I specifically asked about side-effects for a particular drug he was prescribing me.

We had to take my daughter to the walk-in clinic because we couldn't see our family doctor. She had swollen glands and a very sore throat. He gave a prescription for antibiotics without taking a blood test or a swab. He did not even touch the swollen glands. As soon as the prescription was finished the symptoms returned. We had to go to our family physician. She thinks it was mono and did the appropriate tests.
