Terrible! Very dissapointed. He seems unsympathetic to my new diagnosis of RA. I am only 48 years old. I basically got a phamplet and was told I could take one of two medications, which one did I want? He acted like his work was very mondane!

I'm so sad to see neg. posting because Dr. Palines and his staff have been wonderful to me. They get me in right away when I am having issues and call me at home to follow up on treatment and how I am feeling. He takes quite a bit of time with me and never makes me feel like my complaints are not worthy. I have complete trust in him.

Terrible experience. I went to him because of the rave reviews I read on here, What a nightmare! Like the previous poster, he was condescending to me and not helpful at all, I left his office in tears in pain, with no advice at all on what to do, He seems to have no knowledge of anything outside his limited area, Can not recommend!

Everyone has days they run late, however not acknowledging it or even bothering to look at my first name was off putting. asked ?s while reading, didn't seem to be listening & freq. interrupted. Because there was no flare on this 1st appt( took 4-6 wks to sched)- was not given much cred for my issues. poohpoohed osteopenia on xray because RF neg. - myself & spouse r medical profs-i am looking elswhere for provider.(this all as of 12/08) would NOT recommend this doc. BTW, being called dear repeatedly is condescending.

Wonderful caring Dr. When on meds to get inflamation down and you know how they make you feel was always considerate how I was feeling even calling me at home basically held my hand during that time highly recommend him

He is absolutely the best RD.He takes the time to really listen and do testing for you to get to the bottom of things.I had a bad RD previously to Palines,and that dr ignored many problems I had.Dr Palines knew as soon as he saw me what my one major problem was,ran tests to confirm and set up an apt with another specialist while I was in his office.He is funny,easy to talk too,and listens.He sincerely cares about his patients and works his magic to help you.I cannot talk highly enough about this guy! WONDERFUL and he is a Godsend to those that have been to him.I cannot talk highly enough about him.WONDERFUL!

He is really the BEST doctor in the world. I'm a 23yr old that has had arthritis for about 15years now) and had a hard time finding an adult rheumy after i turned 18. I went through several doctors before finding him and he is really a god send! He took care of me right away. When I had a hard time with doctors believing how much pain I was in he never second guessed me and actually found out I was in worse condition then I thought because all the other doctors had just dismissed my pain. Right away he got tests done, got me on enbrel and better meds and helped me get some control back on this disease. I actually had to have surgery on my ankles because while other doctors had dismissed my pain there the bone had acutally been deteorating from my arhtirtis and lucky he caught that before it could get any worse. I dont know where I would be right now if it wasnt for him. He truly is the best doctor. I can't say enough kind words about him!

Wonderful doctor. Helpful, courteous, funny, goes out of his way in every way. Also VERY intelligent, as he is also an internist.
