Overall the staff is rude and talks about patients. I went twice for test results and they forgot them two appointments in a row. Most of the time you wait an hour, but once they take you back they try to rush you in and out. There is no Patient/Doctor relationship, you are money here. I stopped going when he stopped listening, and his knowledge is average at best. However the final straw was trying to talk to one of the staff members on the phone and she was so incredibly rude it made me leave. She didn't even understand what I was saying and she didn't listen.
