Have been a patient for 20+ years; is horrible concerning availability/punctuality. Won't respond to simple requests for records and prescriptions. He's lost just about all his patients.

Dr. Routhu is serially late. A two hour wait for your appointment is very common. He speaks to patients in a forceful tone with an impatient demeanor. He repeats the phrase "stop talking" frequently, even when your questions are few. I do not recommend this doctor for yourself or for your loved ones.

Why would any doctor not accept major credit cards - Visa? To have to leave and go to find an ATM to see a doctor when you have checkbook, credit cards, debit cards in your pocket. This is the most unprofessional operation I have ever visited.

Office looks like he's too cheap to invest in current medical education. Office in back in basement with no suite number on it - had to look for it! One staff member not friendly at all. Hard to believe hes been in bus for 16 years. Referred by hospital.

Office is a mess and 1-2 hour wait before seeing him is the norm. He is a good doctor and knows his stuff. Calling and asking for a perscription refill or something is a hassle. Personally, I like him but I am tired of the res of it.

Facility looks like a dump. Medical records appear very unorganized. I could actually read a record left lying out in view of the sign in sheet. Took me over a week to get a simple referral to a plastic surgeon, causing a delay in a procedure I needed to have done (removal of a cyst). The plastic surgeon office as well as myself called several times. Very unprofessional. Didn't choose him, he was given to me by my ins. company as my PCP. Only accepts cash co-pay Go figure. Receptionist looked all Gothic and scary. Changed immediately. AVOID!!!

Arrogant, inconsiderate of patient's time. I spent three hours waiting on him, and he wasn't there for the first hour. Consistently schedules patients appts before he shows up.

I waited for this doctor for a long time but he was worth the wait. Very good knowledge and very caring doctor.
