Dr. Taylor was the best he was my doctor all my life. I was so happy when I found out that I was pregnant and that he was going to be my son’s doctor and trusted that he was in good hands but then when he retired and the new doctor came on his four-month shots. She asked myself of my husband if she could see his genitals and then after that canceled his six month shots because she felt that would be very better to give flu shots instead and her secretary who it to click weeks or days to get a callback from her. Finally scheduled him for November 17 and on November 16 called me and said that they giving away his shot and that they weren’t able to get any more in until January 2021 or if I wanted to, I could under talk to him what his suggestion to go to a walk-in clinic or call telehealth, and they would tell me where I could go and get his vaccine for him. I will never go back to her but it’s funny how they don’t help you and now expect you to pay the money and for anybody who has to transfer just so you know they are now charging $60 to transfer files and you can only go because they’re only open until like 1 o’clock which is not really feasible for people who work outside the home. And further away from where the office is

I am leaving Hummadi after not receiving calls back and eing told I needed to wait 4 weeks for a phone appointment. Dr. Taylor was my doctor for over 30 years and I am happy he has retired but miss him dearly. We pay lots of tax for healthcare and the services should be top notch and since the transfer it's been brutal. I cant understand the people on the phone and they have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Happy I found a GP closer to home who relates to the same demeanor as Dr. T.

Was my pleasure meeting with Dr.Hummadi, she is such a high moral person I ever came to know.
She called me for my results on a long weekend just to tell me don’t worry it’s ok !
I hardly had any physician had such humanity!
I would advice anyone whom from the staff side writing bad here about Dr.Hummadi that they honestly should see a psychiatrist or find a doc that SUITS them!

I am a patients of Dr.Hummadi past few years and will follow her from Brantford and very happy for she agreed to accept me though she is in Oakville now , she is a physician whom I want find in same knowledge together with high bed side manners , my husband was a patients of DrTaylor before moving to Brantford and he is rejoining Dr.Hummadi having her taking Dr.Taylor’s practice , in fact my husband left because of the old rude staff Dr.Taylor kept for nothing ! Whom lived that staff better DrHummadi off without them as I would assume they have the same rude arrogant attitude !

Some new information people should be made aware of. Dr. Hummadi has taken over the practices of Dr. Taylor, Dr. Black and Dr. Small. Dr. Taylor's phone number is often not working (including all morning today). My entire family has left the practice, but have spent the last 3 months trying to get our medical files transferred. The writing is on the wall...

Dr Taylor has been my doctor since I was born. My parents for over forty years. He was the best doctor ever. He was kind, knowledgeable and always listened to you. Whoever wrote the comment on November 13 is totally wrong. Tamara and Jen were the best and always put your concerns first and called you back right away. They were on top of everything and didn't deserve what they got to be fired. Now, it can be a week or not at all before you get a call. The new doctor is not Dr Taylor. Wow....shocked at this office. It used to be the best with Dr. Taylor, Tamara and Jen. I would say the below comment was written by Hummadi herself. If you’ve known Dr. Taylor for 45 years, you would know how important Tamara and Jen were to Dr. Taylor and the overall functionality of the office. You didn’t get better service. Another funny thing is I know a lot of the patients that did see Dr. Taylor because I grew up in that neighbourhood, so, I know people from the hood, school and work and they all say that the new secretary never calls back! It took one patient more than a week to get a flu shot for his father who is in his nineties! Anyway, if you’ve known Dr. Taylor for 45 years, you would have lived in Canada for 45 years and would have known how to spell secretary. Not secretory. Oh and BTW...Jen and Toni quit on Hummadi after Tamara was wrongfully terminated. Everyone knows that!

OMG! It’s only been 3 months since he retired and I miss him so much. What makes matters worse is now Tamara and the nurse are gone too! They were absolutely the best they come. So kind, helpful and compassionate. What the heck happened? This was the best doctor with the best secretary and nurse. Now this Dr. Yasmin Al-Mulla Hummadi steps in and the whole office has just gone down the drain. It’s impossible to get through, no one calls back messages and when you speak to Dr. Hummadi, it’s like she hasn’t even read your chart before she calls you! Definitely time to find a new physician. I’m sure most of the practice will. This whole situation is just horrible.
