Dr.Sword and his staff have been wonderful. Diagnosed with 3 different infections at once, he spent 25 minutes talking to me and explaining the game plan for me to get better.
Saw as emergency patient, he is now my permanent gyn

Awful. I’m an RN. One, his staff are airheads. Waited 1.15 hrs to be checked in while others where being checked in first.

Terrible. Do not go to this physician. First, on my initial appointment, he thought that I was a patient of his for years... bro, it’s my first time meeting you. I don’t care if you see 20 vaginas a day, that’s straight a red flag. Second, I was in office for visit while the receptionist appearantly missed the entire fact that I signed in. She was chatting with a patient for 40 minutes. Multiple patients were signed in after me and seen as I sat there. The receptionist finally asked if I signed in??... um yes mam, an hr ago!!! (On my only day off!)

Then I have endometriosis. Not going to be diagnosed through an ultra sound. I told the nurse in the office this when I spoke to her over the phone. But had to proceed with the ultrasound that was unremarkable (duh) need a laparoscopic exam. In addition to this “nurse” being not empathetic whatsoever. I told her that I was an RN and she rudely asked “what kind of nurse are you even?” Wow. This practice lacks professionalism. I’m very displeased. But have no choice because I’m moving to California in a month. Do not go to this practice. Save yourself time and money. Also, these physicians don’t seem to take endometriosis seriously. This disease goes highly undiagnosed. I wish that they could experience the severe pain that comes along with the condition...

I recently met with Dr Sword for the first time and found one of his nurses to be quite unpleasant. Since they were my first impression of his practice I was concerned. His nurse basically made me feel stupid for wanting to follow up with a doctor to discuss in detail my concerns and tried to diagnose me herself saying I should just go see my pcp and my symptoms were unrelated. Dr Sword on the other hand, was amazing. He was kind and patient, sat and talked with me and answered all of my questions. His front desk staff was also great. I'd recommend putting up with his nursing staff to be able to see him.

I switched doctors recently, and although I have only seen Dr. Sword one time, he caught so many things that my old doctor did not in regards to my fertility. The PA in the practice recently conducted an HSG on me and the outcome was not great. He was so kind and helpful--it was a blessing that he was the one performing the procedure on me.

I recently switched to Dr. Sword and I couldn’t be happier about my decision. He seemed genuinely concerned about me as patient. He sat and talked with me for quite a while and answered all of my questions about some fertility issues. He seems very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. The office staff is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new ob-gyn!

Dr. Sword and the office staff are wonderful. I have ectopic pregnancy issues and they are the only office I have found that takes this serious....even if if is a false alarm. The doctors at the practice might not be on time, but they do a great job..well worth the wait

I was a patient at Dr. Sword's practice a few years ago prior to moving a few hundred miles away and I have yet to find a doctor with the bedside manner and knowledge that Dr. Sword had. After a string of doctors who were unhelpful, Dr Sword diagnosed my problem. His staff was also above and beyond. When I was having problems with medications, they switched me to a new one, and when they didn't hear back, about a month or so later they made a follow up call! I don't even get an appointment reminder with my most recent gynecologist's office. After another string of bad gynecologists, I'm considering the 5 hour drive to go back to Dr. Sword.
