I had called to get a prescription refill and discuss other issues and as soon as I said that I wanted a refill she said no problem then hung up. This was after weeks of trying to get in contact since no one ever answers the phone.

If I could give a negative rating I would…
This is probably one of the worst doctors I have ever come into contact with in my life.. Thanks to Dr.Stairs negligence and refusing to see my mom in person for a little over a year now about stomach pain, my mom just found out she has pancreatic cancer and has now spread to her liver and has a year to live with chemo.. Dr.Stairs would only do an “over the phone” appointments and kept telling my mom that it sounds like IBS and oh here’s some meds for it. This past summer and fall my mom has gone to the emergency a few times with extreme abdominal pain and since September Dr.Stairs has had her results and could have forward it to a specialist but she didn’t and the cancer had spread to her liver since September (cancer was only in the pancreas and they could have operated). Dr. Stairs and her very rude and incompetent receptionist are by far some of the worst in the medical field. You’re better off without a family doctor in my opinion than dealing with this one! -1000/10

If you need a doctor pass on this one. In my opinion you might as well have no doctor .

Dr. Stairs and her Receptionist are in a tough line of work. They have been attending to my Physical and Mental health for 28 years. The last few years have been extremely difficult for the healthcare industry. I feel they have done their best to keep their head above water. The system has overworked and underpaid medical staff for a very long time in New Brunswick. I thank my lucky stars for having the good fortune to be a patient of theirs.

I like this doctor, she is very good to my relative in their care. They are still doing Covid screening for in person appointments and I appreciate that, it assures me that they are still being very cautious.
However the receptionist Angie is a little snarky and hard to deal with. She asks a lot of questions that are questions I would rather answer to the doctor. One time I asked to book an appointment with the Doctor to discuss something that she and I had previously discussed and reception wouldn't let me unless I told her what it was. In the end she said that it wasn't appointment worthy and try an after hours clinic.

Dr Stairs and her receptionist, Angie show a complete lack or respect for their patients. I arrived for an in person appointment to be scolded, belittled and disrespected in the public hallway of all places over a disagreement with one of their Covid protocols (masking was fine, it was the on demand of a Covid test to enter). I announced that I was going to leave the premises and I no longer needed their appointment and was continued to be disrespected until out of the building. If they have more restrictions than other places, they should communicate this ahead of time in a polite manner and this entire public display could have been avoided.

DR Stairs has definitely gone down hill in these last few years , i got blood work in March 2022 and she said it came back all clear ,went to the er for a really bad flare up , the er doctor told my my blood work showed that i was dealing with an autoimmune disease ,apparently DR Stairs was reading my blood work from last July 2021, so needless to say the er doctor felt bad for me and referred me to the specialist, and now i am finally be treated for my chronic flare ups

Dr Stairs cant even read blood work properly, she said my blood work did not show anything, went to the er about the same problem and was told my blood work showed exactly what was wrong and referred me to a specialist, and the specialist confirmed what the er doctor said , i am very disappointed in DR Stairs for letting me suffer this long

In my opinion this doctor is incompetent and probably received her medical credentials in some affirmative action scene .
