RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, non-caring, non-professional, snotty staff. The PA is the worst of them all. The receptionist is horrid. They order patients around as though they are complete idiots and expect patients to accommodate the staff. I was once told (after waiting 3 hours and deciding to reschedule) to make my next appointment on a day when I had nothing else to do so that my leaving and rescheduling wouldn't mess up the way they run their office and interfere with the schedules of other patients. Wow.

I had went to Dr.Figeroa as a doctor for many years almost 24 to be exact. Well I had to go the hospital I had kidney stones and of course my doctor can't go to the hospital and doctor me. They put a stint in and it was very uncomfortable. .They gave a prescription of medicine at the hospital I told them I am on Norco with Dr.Figueroa But I was really hurting and the norco was not working I called them and got a hold of his wife I explained to her and I did one time before. I have a reason why I am saying that. But a nyway She says bring me 14 or whatever amount of pills the prescribe bring that amount of Norco.I said ok. Its never been problem before. Well, I go to my appointment and they all act like every this is fine weigh me do vitals all of it.. Then The NP came in really yelling at me . Well you are going to have to leave we won't accept you has a patient no more.I was like wait a min I called Mrs. Figueroa and she is one that said was. She said it doesn't matter I was well can you go talk to Mrs. Figueroa which they didn't and they was suppose leave my number for the Office Man which happens to be his daughter. I am upset because I have alot of medical problems there just dropping like that no warning . They should of called me and told me instead of having me come in so they could try to humilate me. But it didn't because I was the telling they was the ones that was not. Well, She said you will just go home and find a doctor. I said what if I go home and kill myself because all of this. Well of course they the police it was empty threat because mad they didn't they would listen . They all rude people and not recommend him to anyone.. I really can't say that its his office and people lying just because want to get rid for what reason know but he has kick a few of my friends out his practice too. My husband wasn't kickout but he is not going there so he needs to find a new doctor.

This man pulled up a chair and actually talked to me! Asked me questions, Listened to my answers! Ordered some testing and as soon as he got results ( which were not good) he sent me to Ohio State for care! I follow up with him and think he's a such a good doctor! I had been to 2 doctors prior to Dr Figueroa about my problems and they both missed what was really wrong.
