I have had multiple surgeries with this doctor. He is a fantastic doctor. His staff I rate a 1. Very rude and not helpful.

Doctor Madsen has treated me over two years! His office is friendly well staffed very professional! He throughly examines me and explains things! Both my hips were very bad, did stem cells and they worked on the worse hip! Had hip replacement on left hip! Was able to walk with walker and only required 3 days in hospital. Had physical therapy in home walking around short spurts no Kane in two weeks! I practiced as nurse 40 years, Doctor Madsen is well staffed and there all really kind professionals!

My very active daughters have seen Dr. Madsen for years, and as a club soccer coach I’ve sent more players his way than I can even remember. What sets him apart from others in his field is he doesn’t “look” for surgical procedures as a first option - unless that’s what is needed. The guy is quick in office appointment settings so be prepared for that. He can diagnose just about anything with a quick check, but this is because he genuinely knows what he’s doing. Sure, his office staff hasn’t always been the best... but I’m there to see a qualified doctor, not gripe about whether or not the receptionist smiled enough. Madsen is an excellent surgeon and loves what he does.

Terry is an outstanding doctor. He is very personable and brings a good vibe when diagnosing, communicating, and executing medical solutions. He's helped both my father and me and we will continue to return when we need orthopedic help.

After getting a terrible infection in my big toe, I looked to Dr. Madsen for help. The severity of the infection required a simple and surprisingly pain free (minus the numbing shot) in office procedure. Dr. Madsen and Kelly's team work, knowledge and communication kept me at ease while he removed half of my toe nail. Less than a week lathe infection is totally gone. Hands down the best best doctor and staff out there!

his staff is great I always saw the doctor never the a PA or nurse practioner. Dr Madsen always tried conservative and cutting edge treatments. He injected my knee with a biologic and allowed me to avoid surgery. he is the besty

I had surgery on my right shoulder in January 2018 by a Dr in Rockwall TX. After going back to his office 6 times but only seeing the Dr 1 of those times , the rest I saw his PA. I told him my arm was still hurting in the same places it was before the surgery, his explanation was , it shouldn’t be hurting so much. He refused to give me pain medication. I went to Dr Madsen with the same MRI the other Dr used ( charged me 125 dollars for my records) and Dr Madsen looked at my records and said , why did he operate on your shoulder, the problem is in your bicep, which is where I told the other Dr my pain was. 4 months into this now and hurting worse than ever. Going into surgery tomorrow with Dr Madsen and hopefully get it fixed.

Dr Madsen has treated my shoulders, hand and hips his staff is friendly and I only wait about 5 minnto be walked! He gave me my options and I chose stem cells as I’m 69 years old. The stem cells worked enough to prevent hip replacements! Doctor Madsen had wonderful bedside manor and I highly recommend him!! Willian Salin DAV
