I was a patient of this doctor for 11 years. When he switched offices an obtained a new staff his office became less cliental friendly. His receptionist is the rudest, and does not obtain a client fiendly environment. After 11years she "discharged" me from the office because I did not agree with being charged for contacts that Hurt my eyes. I wanted to return them or get new ones and she became hostile with me. After she discharged me dr.metropolous did not follow up, or even send a letter stating they no longer would provide services for me. You would think a client of 11years would it least had a follow up at the issue at hand!
