Dr. Highton is THE BEST DDS in Windsor hands down. Never tries to push anything. Makes sensible and effective decisions. Treats you very fairly if you don't have dental insurance.

Dr.Highton recently completed a series of "Mini Implants" for me, 8 in total. As far as I know he is the only dentist doing the "mini's" in Windsor/Essex area. His expertise comes from his continuous thirst for knowledge and for new techniques by taking courses and going to lectures, seminars, workshops etc. both in Canada and the U.S.A. My procedure was a bit uncomfortable but that passed quickly enough. After a few months and the insertion of my new "mini's" I feel like a different person. I finally got rid of a 35 year old removable partial. Eating feels very good and natural without feeling that metal palate. I feel as though I have all my own natural teeth. Dr.Highton is a master at best and takes pride in this most meticulous type of dentistry. His two assistants are also very knowledgeable, professional and caring towards you as the patient. I would not think twice to go through it again. For this type of implants he is the one and only.

Been a patient of Dr. Highton for over 35 yrs. The Doctor has always made me feel comfortable with no fear. In emergency situations he has always made time to fit me in. I have had many procedures done to my teeth, and in every situation I have left his office pain free. The Staff is very professional and I have the upmost respect for the whole team. when I was young I got my upper teeth nocked out during a boxing match. the denture I had to wear for many years started to come out when I was eating unless a lot of the denture glue which was disgusting, I really hated the gooey feeling, luckily my denturist talked to me about getting implants done so he set me up with Dr. Highton who explained everything to me. I got the implants done, i was amazed that everything was done in one day! now i can ride my Harley with out being afraid of my denture blowing out of my mouth. I feel like new man with freedom. thank you everyone who helped me get here.

I'm 43 years old, and have lived the past 20 years being tortured by severe sinus infections and ongoing teeth problems in-spite of seeing both dentists and periodontists. Because of my failing teeth and ongoing infections I decided to have my remaining 22 teeth taken out. Fortunately for me I found Dr. Norm Highton and Tom Bardgett of Bardgett Dental Clinic and as a team the remaining teeth were removed, implants placed, and teeth fitted the same day. I am amazed, only slight swelling, and minimal discomfort. Truly a positive, life changing experience and I would highly recommend to anyone in my similar situation looking for immediate results.
