HORRIFIC!!!!! I don't know how else to explain. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. She has no idea how to tell time. Extremely POOR customer service. She doesn't keep her appointment times; she makes you wait for long periods in the waiting room (45 to 60 Minutes or longer) after your scheduled appointment. Plus her attitude towards her patients is ATROCIOUS! Make sure you don't up set her.

I love Dr. Mitchell. She is always very helpful and patient about my son's healthcare. However, since my son's birth (two years), there has not been a single appointment that my son has seen the doctor on-time. We always have to wait for at least 1 hour before we get placed in a room. While waiting, I've spoke with other patients and they too have experienced this lack of punctuality. On average, basic appointments last as long as three hours.

Dr. Mitchell is the pediatrician for all three of my children, and she's wonderful. She has helped find referrals for specific situations and always takes the time to explain things. She has a no nonsense approach that I love and she is not patronizing.

Dr Mitchell is a very good Pediatric doctor. She takes the time to diagnose every illness or problem. She also takes to time to explain them to you and answer any questions that you may have.
