Dr. Silburt is a very patient doctor, never rushes his patients, takes the time to know you and doesn't just prescribe a drug unless he gets to the root of the problem. So happy he was able to take me and my husband in as new patients.

My wife and I were so lucky to have him accept us , as new patients. The 'Moose-Man' is the best , knowledgeable, caring Physician we have ever dealt with. Even though I rated 'punctuality' a 5, in which the wait time is long. He is worth the wait. Please don't change! He is the best , bar none ! Thank you.

I've been lucky enough to have Dr. Bruce Silburt for the past 14 years now. He takes the time to sit and listen to your problems and takes his time while you are there. Usually a wait to get in to see him and is always behind but that's because he doesn't just rush you out the door. From his crazy hair, socks and sandals....you won't find a better person out there.

Dr. Bruce Silburt was our family docto for several years in Guelph Ontario, before he moved to Halifax. I have never found as good a doctor since. He delivered my first Baby and stayed up all night at the hospital, was certified in acupuncture and helped my debilitating back pain, and provided counselling that was so helpful. Above and beyond most medical care out there! Always willing to research new information. You are so lucky NS!

I AM SO HAPPY I HAVE BRUCE AS MY DOCTOR. as a former cancer patient when i moved to nova scotia 9 years ago i knew i had to find a family practitioner. i spoke to him directly about my history. he was more than happy to add me to his patient list. He has never made me feel uncomfortable in any way like i have with other doctors. if anything even slightly concerns me he will do anything possible to ease my concerns. even if he knows that its nothing, he will still perform due diligence. i could not have asked for a better family doctor and it makes me feel so much more at ease that i found the perfect doctor for me.

🌟I FEEL SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE DR. SILBURT AS MY FAMILY DOCTOR!!⚕
Dr. Silburt is a phenomenal family doctor. He is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, non judgmental, easy to talk to, and actually listen to his patients. He is NOT one of those 'you have 15 minutes for this appointment, so only bring up one issue/concern, if you have more than one concern you want to discuss you have to book separate appointments for each one's (I've actually seen that posted in some other doctors offices and clinics). He is truly a family practitioner, he is interested in his patients and wants to help in any way he can. If there is something he is unsure about or if the reason you went to talk to him is an issue that is better handled by a specialist (such as a urologist, allergist, cardiologist, orthopedic surgeon..) he won't guess about it, he will arrange for you to be seen by the specialist. He truly cares about his patients and takes whatever amount of time needed to care for each person. I wouldn't change to a different family doctor if I was paid to.

Bruce has been my family doctor for some 15 years and is second to none in his knowledge, helpfulness and patient support. Sure sometimes you have to wait a bit longer for him, but this is because he never looks at his watch and tells a patient they are out of time. I'm sure all his patients at one time or other have benefited from the extra time with him when it's important; this is a small price to pay for a longer wait sometimes because he's helping someone else.
Bruce is one of a kind, and such a character!

I am happy with him since he accepted me included he knew I required interpreter even he is very patient with me as his deaf patient with fully respectfully. I adores him
