I was so lucky to have him as a GP before he upped stakes to the Maritimes. Wonderful, kind, compassionate. And maybe the best thing he did was refer me to another wonderful, kind, and compassionate doctor when I moved out of Dr. Silburt's area.

Where do I start? Dr. Silburt was my doctor for 18 years. I literally cried the day he told me he was retiring. He went above and beyond any doctor has ever done for me. I suffered two heart attacks and both times he came into the hospital to see me and called my home to follow up. When I went in for an appointment he’d holler down the hallway, “Queenie, come on down!” We used to get a chuckle out of that. Whether it was medical forms to fill out for my work, a death in my family, my marriage breakup, my mental instability, he was always there to take that extra time and allowed me to book the extra appointments. He was always concerned for his patients. COVID arrived and Dr. Silburt retired. What an awful time for many of his patients. The loss we endured. I hope he enjoys his retirement because he certainly deserves time with his family. Thank you for 18 years of being a terrific, caring doctor. I know I’ll never find another like you.

Bruce is the best doctor. Caring and never at a loss to take time to hear anything of concern. Miss his way of doctoring. All the best but wish he never retired.

I've missed Bruce since he left Guelph Ontario..I haven't been able to find another doctor like him and it's been years..still miss this amazing doctor. Wishing him all the best in his retirement. Thank you Bruce for all you did for me.

Dr. Silburt has been our family doctor for 22 years. We couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate doctor and he always had time for you. We are going to miss you Bruce!! We wish you all the best in your retirement!!

Dr. Silburt is the BEST diagnostician I've ever met. I've been treated by doctors in two states, two provinces and now in Halifax. I met him 20 years ago and if it had not been for his due diligence and his caring for patients, I would probably not be here to write this evaluation. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment, but what don't we have to wait for anymore?? The BEST

Been seeing him for 10 yrs . Very professional . Cares about his patients . The best and most caring Dr I had in my 57 Years . Sometimes I have to wait but worth it .
