I was very pleasantly surprised by the efficient time management and smoothness of the process, from beginning to end, for my colonoscopy screening procedure. I was in and out in maybe 40 minutes. Dr Brown and his staff were great indeed!

Dr. Kenneth Brown and staff were great. They were very friendly even at 6am. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and was finished within 35 minutes. Dr. Brown and staff makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown if you are looking for a GI specialist.

My visit was excellent, the staff was great and my wait time was minimal. I was scheduled for my procedure promptly and the pre registration dept contacted me asap and took care of everything, all I had to do is arrive as scheduled. Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable.

Overall an excellent experience - from appointment scheduling to initial office visit to procedure. Dr. Brown and staff helped to make having an endoscopy and/or colonoscopy as simple and seamless as possible. The Preston Crossing Endoscopy Center, the facility where the procedure was done, was exceptional as well.
