If you can get through the hour long phone message you might get a human voice ? If he can not handle all of his patients that he currently has he should retire!

Thank heavens Dr. Neville is in an excellent family health team. As a patient you can seldom him get an appointment to see him. He only works 2.5 days during the week . I have been his patient for 4 years and have only seen him once. I called last week with an acute issue was given an appointment for first week in March. Grateful to have been able to see an on call doctor who was able to get me set up with IV antibiotics, clearly an acute issue. Being a nice guy, does not equate to being a good doctor who provides timely care to his patients.

Dr. Bob has been a wonderful Doctor to me and my family. I recently lost my husband, Bob was compassionate and always available for not only myself but my adult children. The loss was very sudden and shocked us to the core. I would highly recommend Dr. Bob to anyone.

I’ve been with Dr Neville since he started his practice. He is kind and caring- a G.P., trained pharmacist, who also specializes in occupational medicine. I do, however, have to go into the office to make an appointment since I can’t get through on the phone.

He’s an amazing dr! However tou can never get through to the secretary ever and when placed on hold it’s ridiculous! I’ve been on hold for 20 mins! The only way you can seem to make an apt is to actually go into the drs office.

He is amazing, he truly cares for his patients. I have seen him for many years and he is always very helpful. Yes he often is running behind but I'm sure it's because he's actually taking the time to hear what his patience have to say he's not pushing them out the door like they are just another number.
I would recommend him to anyone!
