I was a patient of Dr Klein fo 10 years he delivered my first child. He has great bed side mannor. But he missed quit a few things during my pregnancy whitch caused me to go to the er for help and theses thing could have been treated in office. His office staff is a mixed bunch there is one or two really nice techs bit his front desk lady and another tech I would have to deal with at time were always so cranky. There were time i would call the office and could not get through very annoying. During my labor he kinda made me feel rushed this was my first baby lobor is not suppose to be quick although I was progressing thank to my nurse who made me feel more comforable I feel like she save me from a c sec. After giving birth I didn't feel right and he wasnt taking me seriously, he was out of town two days after I gave birth I had some complications when calling the office for help and assistants they brushed me offon the covering practice, when I called them for help they would not touch me since i was nit there patient so it lead me to the er again when again it could have been treated in office but it got so bad I had to see the ER DR'S so after taking my 2 day old to the er with me that was it, I changed to a new pratice. I feel like maybe he's just getting tired and missing things now .. not to mention his office staff stink except for one tech who was always sweet. he need to revaluate his pratice add a Dr or retire.

I read some of these reviews and wonder who they are talking about! Dr. Klein covered for my dr. In 1983 and I was so impressed I left that practice for the one Doc Klein was with and had 7 more children under his care. My daughters use his service and I actually have a daughter carrying a difficult pregnancy now; we both agree we would never trust anyone else! His personality and bedside manner blended tremendously with my husband n I. Obstetrics will suffer a huge loss when this Doctor hangs up his shingle! Dr. KLEIN YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY HERO!

I have to say that Dr. Klein is very thorough and knowledgable. His conservative approach helped detect a problem for me.He also delivered four of my 6 children and honored the guidelines that I had set for each delivery. His staff is always friendly and helpful.

Amazing! Dr. Klein is a very compassionate and knowledgable doctor. I had a series of miscarriages and when I finally carried to term, he was very understanding when I expressed any fears or concerns. I once had to call him at 2am. He talked to me as if it were 2 in the afternoon, making me feel at ease.

I went to Klein as a young teenager, he did my laparoscopy for suspected endometriosis that another doc had diagnosed and Klein actually helped to find my true diagnosis. I reconnected with him when I became pregnant a decade later and he remained my doc for all 3 of my children. All three were different birth experiences: one delivered by a midwife (a friend of Klein's), one a full induction, one completely natural. No C-sect resulted. He has a quirky bedside manner which my husband and I really like. He definitely doesn't coddle you through the normal aches and pains of pregnancy, but when I had a serious issue with my bladder he was on the phone with his colleagues, linking me with specialists same day, calling me on weekends to check up. I never felt like he wasn't available. He's even great with my kids when I'd have to bring them with me for exams. I refer to him as my Dr Huxtable. There aren't 10 docs to see for 9 mo's only to get whatever random person is on call. Love this doc

I have been with Dr. Klein since 1992, and he delivered my son in 1994. He is the nicest doctor I've ever dealt with. My yearly exams went smoothly, and he always listens to concerns. He and his staff are very accommodating. Now I have had difficulties for the past year, multiple ultra-sounds, MRIs, he referred me to an oncologist, and I am still in his care. I may need a hysterectomy, but we are looking at all the options and are consulting a colleague. I trust him completely with my health. I truly believe he loves what he does, has extensive knowledge and a passion for his eprofession and his patients. I am thankful for Dr. Klein.

I have read the other comments posted on the wall. Whereas Dr. Klein may not have a "bubbly" sense of humor that some doctors employ, he is extremely patient, knowledgable and kind. He delivered my son in 2008 and I was going to have a natural birth. However, my son's heart rate dropped so quickly I had to have an emergency c-section. As we were in the hospital, he explained what was happening to me during each part. My son and I were healthy and to me, that was the most important thing. Also, I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room; oftentimes I was in other OB-GYN doctors' waiting rooms for over an hour waiting for a routine physical. If you are looking for a no-nonsense doctor who knows his craft, Dr. Klein is the doctor for you.

Very poor bedside manner and does not take patient concerns seriously enough. His staff was less than polite, with the exception of the nurse practitioner, who was absolutely lovely. I had an awful birth experience which culminated in an emergency c-section. I would NOT use this doctor again.
