He’s fine no complaints. Adding on to remark below re: Edie Ryba ( my girlfriend interviewed with her for a job at the West Hartford office. She too said Edie was condescending and rather rude. Hint ; the company should rid her and hire someone more pleasant to applicants

Didn’t care for him or his staff. I highly feel Edith Ryba who contacted my gf re: employment at Simsbury Optometry Group and Edie took up 1/2 hr of her time and Edie was rather condescending, sarcastic, and making stupid comments after my gf responded to her questions. On top of it Edie, telling her her responses where great and she was doing really well during the phone screening then right at the end Edie, says “ oh I’m looking for someone who would be a good fit with my team “ she low key downed my gf and ended the screening in a abrupt way. My theory don’t up a candidate telling them they are doing well during a screening then you turn and low key down them making them feel like they said or did something wrong . My gf said Edie seemed so phony and not genuine. She made my gf very uncomfortable and my gf said it was probably one of the worst screenings she’s ever done. Edie even tried to mettle into out of my gf why she left one of her jobs and my gf just said “ things didn’t work out “ that wasn’t good enough for Edie, who was being manipulative and skeptical of my gf all of a sudden. My gf was answering those questions in a honest manner and Edie, was making it appear my gf was lying to her. On top of it Edie spoke nothing about the job and tells my gf “ if I choose you for a 2nd interview I will tell you about the job “ very weird way of doing a phone screen. Any phone screen she or I ever had the employer always discussed what the job entails. Again Edie had a condescending way about herself which would turn any applicant off. I happen to have some friends that know Edie and they’ve said she ‘s snobbish.
