This is by far the worst physician at Queen's they are doing a serious disservice to their student by employing her. I truly believe that the school would be better without her and down a doctor. She has misdiagnosed me on multiple occasions and I don't see how she still has her license. If you're booking at Queen's, request another provider for sure, even if its a longer wait. If it can't wait just go to CDK.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever had. During a mental health appointment, asked me halfway through where my father was in my life. When I had told her he died 4 years ago at the beginning of the appointment. Was combative and aggressive the entire time. Implied and said many unprofessional things and made it seem like it was entirely my fault for my problems. Do not understand how she can practice medicine

For over 20+ years this doctor has run consistently late.
Don’t understand how’s she still in business or how she’s still given a medical license.
The poor queens students that have to deal with her... I feel so bad for them.
Someone needs to report her to the board because she’s ruining lives based off poor work practices.

I cannot believe Queen's lets this Doctor work for student wellness. Terrible bedside manner and does nothing for student's mental health. Treated me like i was so dumb for coming in

One of the worst doctors I've ever come across. She appeared to be quite irritated when she walked in the room and was extremely rude and short with me. I told her I was experiencing brain fog and dizziness and she told me I had BRAIN DAMAGE from a lyme infection I got in 2008, which I was treated for! She told me there was no test and that I basically would have to live with it! I had seen a lyme specialist and even he didn't think I had "brain damage." Who makes such a severe diagnosis in under 10 minutes of meeting someone?! She was all over the place and really seemed like she would throw any diagnosis at me to get me out of there.

Her knowledge is dated, her attitude is awful, she lacks compassion and NEEDS to retire.

By far the worst doctor in Kingston.
Still don’t understand why she’s employed by Queens.
I’m not shocked she’s still misdiagnosing, and it’s a headache to try and make any negative claim against her license.
Do yourself a favour and either go to a walk-in clinic or visit an ER. You’ll get better attention, and probably wait less time.
Suzanne needs to retire.

Absolutely atrocious. She was very late for my appointment and she insisted on making assumptions about the nature of my mental health condition. She thought lack of exercise was the major contributing factor for my experiences with severe anxiety and low self-esteem. She made condescending remarks about my experiences and discouraged me from seeking counselling services because I apparently was so damaged that only an expensive, off-campus psychiatrist would be capable of helping me. DO NOT see her.

Visit anyone in Kingston - but her.
You will always have a wait time, and she has no manners or respect for her patients.

An incredible physician! I think other people dislike her bedside manner because she can come off as brusque, but after a few appointments I came to appreciate it. As someone with health anxiety, she always takes my concerns seriously and lets me know when it really is time to worry.
She usually runs late, but to me it seems to be because she's taking extra time with all her patients to ensure that they're okay. If you wait for the service, you'll receive the same attentive treatment when she gets to you.
She also treats me for mental health issues, and has told me to use exercise to manage my mental health, as well as prescribed medication (after I tested as "severe" for anxiety and depression on the PHQ-9 and GAD-7). Everyone else here seems to be appalled that she would prescribe exercise to deal with mental health, but many other physicians have said this to me throughout my life, and my father (a psychologist) always agreed with them. In fact, I appreciate her reluctance to prescribe medication for conditions that can be improved with lifestyle changes.
She really, genuinely cares about her patients, and makes herself available to us in the walk-in clinic if we need something urgently. I have a few friends who also see her for mental health issues and they also love working with her.

Misdiagnosing ALL the time. I don’t understand how the government hasn’t taken away her medical license.
I feel sorry for her staff, and any new patients that are forced to see her.
As a child, she was still 40+ minutes late, TO HER FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY!

Someone needs to read these ratings and actually do something about it. She’s hurting more and more people. Not helping.
