terrible experience was in so much pain and she wasn’t concerned at all, felt very unsafe of what she was doing. This should be okay and she should get training or change what she’s doing at this place. Unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible. No bedside manners whatsoever. If you’d like to be brushed off and made to feel stupid, then have a medical device inserted WITHOUT a warning, this is the doctor for you! Zero regard for your pain, feelings or mental health during an exam EVEN WHEN TOLD! Mind blowing how a woman could be so inconsiderate to another woman during a sensitive exam.

Believe the reviews. I told her that I have a mental illness and am a trauma survivor and instead of listening or letting me finish explaining my situation, she just glared and started lecturing/borderline yelling at me about how I need to suck it up, get over it, go to therapy already and quit using that as an excuse. I replied that I already am in therapy, have come a long way with managing my symptoms, and do not in fact use it as an excuse. I think the fact that she immediately made those assumptions speaks for itself. I have had good experiences with the nurses and other doctors at this clinic, but I will never go back to this doctor.

I had one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with this doctor. I was pretty desperate for help because of severe depression, allergies to multiple medications, and being placed on an antidepressant that was making me suicidal. She was very impatient and annoyed and made me feel like making an appointment was a waste of her time and when I explained that I wasn't sure what to try next she snapped "I don't know what you want from me." Anything, any help. I was desperate and she turned me away without a second thought. I left her office feeling certain that there was no hope of ever having a decent quality of life.

She was unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and made me feel stupid for coming in. Not equipped to deal with students, especially WOC. Rude, bad bedside manner, and judgemental

It's frightening to see that not only I had a bad experience with her, but almost every student who sees her. I got pregnant in my first year of uni and saw her to discuss my options. After waiting for what felt like an hour, Dr. Billings came in with rude body language and impolite remarks while I was crying. She asked me why I wasn't on birth control and I said I was in high school but it made me gain a lot of weight. She said "you'll gain a whole lot more weight this way, honey". She also gave me false information about the women's clinic contacting me when they wouldn't until they had my ultrasound in hand, causing me to get the surgery rather than the pill. A year later I got a regular STI check and realized she was my doctor again. I politely asked if she had seen me in first year for an abortion and she said she sees a lot of abortions so she doesn't know. She checked her computer and realized she did. I told her that I remembered...because she made that experience the worst time of my life, and that I really hope she doesn't treat other students like that. She said "I'm sorry you feel this way". Leave.

Horrendous experience. implied I have a substance abuse problem, that my mental health issues are my fault, was rude, condescending, and did not care to listen to what I had to say. Almost the entire appointment was her disciplining me.

Horrible doctor. If you're a Queen's student please request another physician if you are able to wait for an appointment.
