Dr. Bates has been my doctor for over 20 years. He really cares about the person, and is willing to listen to your concerns. He is medically competent and I put my full faith in him.

Top notch doctor. I have a very rare seizure disorder that (from other sufferer's accounts) often gets dismissed. Dr. Bates was quick to assess that I needed testing and referral to a neurologist.

Dr. Bates is a terrific Doctor he is very helpful and paitient when listening to my problems and willing to try different medication as a result of internet research that I have carried out.

Dr Bates and staff cared for my 93 year old Dad like he was 50 - even when there was not much more he could do he listened, adjusted meds and treatment when necessary, order non-invasive treatment and referrals. Dad always felt cared for and much better just knowing what was going on -this care gave him a few more good years . Highly appreciated.

My husband is very pleased with him,the only complaint I have is that it takes forever to get in contact with the office, it always seem to be a busy signal. I have spent a half hour or more trying to get a answer. So my complaint I guess is the office staff even though they are friendly.Dr Bates I have no complaints at all, I would like myself and children to start going to him as well.

Dr. Bates has the ability to communicate with Deaf people using ASL which is very advantageous for Deaf patients for communication accessibility. He is just a great doctor to have around and he is the one you can trust to care you.
