Dr Pynn did surgery on my jaw after being in pain from tmj for years. He’s the best, couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He checked up on my several times after my surgery to make sure I was doing well. 10/10

Consult was great But Procedure EXTREMELY PAINFUL & his bedside manner UNFORGIVABLE He may have medical knowledge but none of human compassion

I had 3 different procedures done by him, two became infected and very painful. On my last referral, the receptionist would not allow me to use elevator to go down stairs to use bathroom, even though I am visibly disabled, have a very hard time using stairs. On follow up of procedure, receptionist denied ny having any procedures done by him and swore I was not a regular patient and that there were no referrals. I got a new referral to Dr. Wilson where he and his staff were too notch, haven’t had any problems since.

Dr. Pynn was very helpful at reassuring me of my oral condition, as I was freaking out about it! I had a white lesion on my tongue and he offered to get a biopsy of it at his clinic at the hospital, so I wouldn't have to pay! It was a huge relief to hear that he wasn't worried about it, and I also wouldn't have to pay to get a biopsy.

He is such a wonderful doctor. My mom had 2 wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled out. He has explained the procedure in such a great detail. He made sure my mom was comfortable during the whole procedure. My mom did not want to have general anesthetic, so Dr Pynn gave her some local anesthetic. My mom was also feeling a little nervous. Dr. Pynn gave her some calming medicine and then waited 50 minutes for my mom to feel completely at ease & comfortable before he started the procedure. He was so skilled and kind. I would trust my life with him. His office was also super helpful. They reminded us few times before the appointment and called to ask her about the healing. And my mom still had some questions to ask him. He let us back in the office , and answered her concerns and recheck with no charge. I never met any dentist this pleasant and kind. By the way, GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. I highly recommend him.

Very skilled oral surgeon. I was nervous about the wisdom teeth procedure. The procedure was a smooth process, recovery went very well and I appreciated the pre and post consultations.

Would recommend to anyone in Thunder Bay looking to get wisdom teeth removed.
